Open Water Pools and Outdoor Living

We hired Open Water pools to remodel our pool even though they were the highest bid of 4 bids. We believed that Frank (owner) was the most knowledgeable of all the people we talked to, especially since we had a serious black algae problem. All of the old plaster was removed - a very tedious process - but it was done very well. While there were several delays due to the various subcontractors being busy with other projects, the remodel was completed to our satisfaction and within the original quote.

The owner, Frank, was on-site for most of the job. He walked me through exactly what they were going to do and what I needed to do after they were done. Most surprising based on my experience with small companies doing this level of work, the final price was exactly what I was quoted before work began.

The Owner is very responsive to questions, concerns. He makes sure project is done to high standards. Was pleased with overall job. There was a few blemish's on the pebble tech finish of the pool. He corrected those minor defects.
