Mike and Alec were amazing. We had a septic emergency on Saturday and called multiple companies and they all said sorry next week during work week. Finally we spoke with Mike and he was able to get us scheduled for Sunday morning. Alec arrived Sunday morning and was great, professional, super helpful and will be using Open Water Septic for now on for all our septic needs. Thank you so much for helping us this weekend!!
