To clarify your comment to potential customers who may read this due to high demand of our services, our policy is to provide an estimated telephone quote in which we immediately follow up with a written quote via email. On the written quote (which you agreed to ) it is clearly stated the telephone quote is a "blind quote" and extenuating circumstance may effect the price but will be discussed with the client. In home quotes are reserved for homes greater than 5000 sq feet. We ask all the necessary questions to appropriately quote cleaning services and rarely need to make an adjustment. However, we do depend on the customer to be forthcoming with the components of the home and the rough estimate of square footage. We also provide the opportunity of choice if the pricing needs adjusting and in this case our adjusted price was comparable to your previous cleaning service. Prior to further commencing the cleaning service we both stated this was a fair adjustment. Operating Clean tries very hard to quote affordable pricing that is customized to usage and occupancy thus, being a great asset to retirees and senior citizens. However, when the size of the home is much larger than described, it is necessary to make an adjustment for feasibility. There are no hidden agendas with Operating Clean, as we are very considerate and compassionate to the needs of our customer. We provide fair service, as well as a trustworthy and friendly staff."
