Absolutely amazing service! Highly recommend! They came out and got my system running! It's 20 years old and they some how they brought it back to life. I will definitely be replacing my system with David and Eli!

Huge shoutout to Eli and David from Operation Air! They showed up incredibly fast when my AC broke down. The whole repair process was simple, straightforward, and genuinely stress-free. They didn't hide anything or try to sneak in extra costs. Awesome, personal service, highly recommend these guys!

Eli provided outstanding service when my AC needed repair. He was able to come out late in the evening, which was incredibly appreciated during the Arizona summer heat. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue, then took the time to thoroughly explain the root cause of the problem. The pricing was fair and reasonable. Eli was fantastic to work with. He came to our house twice and spent a while with us to make sure we understood the unit sizes and what our needs were. Eli provided pictures of what was done. We were not home when our unit was changed out therefore the pictures were great to see what was done. We also had duct work updates too. We are very satisfied with Eli.

We were referred to Operation Air by a friend who recently used them. They had quoted a few other companies and decided to use Operation Air because of their pricing, customer service and being a smaller scale locally owned business. I am so glad that we got their info! We were in between tenants and decided to have AC maintenance done prior to new tenants moving in during the hottest AZ months. Turns out…the builder of our home (that used to be our personal home before we turned into a rental property) put in a smaller AC unit than they should have for a split thermostat and our square footage. David went through the entire system, took photos and reviewed all of the results with me in person and my husband on FT. He priced out the items needed immediately, what will need attention soon (but no way to tell how soon) and explained everything in detail. We were DEFINITELY not going into a maintenance situation thinking that we would be putting in a new system, but as landlords; weighing out the options and considering what impact having the AC potentially going out on our tenants and how that would affect them, putting a fair amount of money into a system that was going to need more work for already existing issues and no guarantee on how long it would even run and ultimately having to get the proper unit within the next few years…we decided to bite the bullet and install a new unit that is the correct one for our home. David rushed the repair as he knew we needed to have it repaired prior to tenants moving in. He was great with communication and after installation went through all the photos in detail. I have now been educated on the importance of yearly maintenance (like changing the oil in your car 🥴)…and we will be using Operation Air for maintenance on our rental and our current home moving forward. Highly recommend!

Eli is the best in the business. He communicates well and shows up on time. We have an older AC on the roof that we thought we needed to replace. Eli could have sold us a new unit and we never would have argued but instead told us what was needed and fixed it. It is working now better than it ever has. Highly recommend for anything AC.
