We realize that doing excellent work at a competitive price keeps us in business. We are highly responsive and pay attention to the minor details that can be the difference between an average outcome versus an outstanding end result. We want our customers to be delighted every time we finish their project. We have to be passionate about what we do and we are. After calling several business for firewood. I decided to go with Mr. Jonathanâ s Company because he was polite and gave me the best quote. He even agreed to deliver the firewood on Christmas Eve. When Mr. Jonathan and his son came to deliver the firewood. They were on time with a nice greeting which included a smile on their face. I was very surprised about the amount of firewood I received. It was so much that him and his son had to make a large pile on the side of my wood rack. Also they clean up afterwards. This is a picture of some of the firewood they delivered in December

This company did an excellent job in reference to cutting down a bull pine tree that was located between my residence and my neighborâ s residence with accurate precision. JB was very professional, showed up on time and always a man of his word. I was very impressed on how he handled my project by SEEING IT THROUGH to the end, leaving my yard neat and clean upon completion. After getting to know JB, I can say he is a good FRIEND! JB did a great job.

This company is Outstanding! JB and his crew were prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. They removed a very difficult and large tree that was endanger of falling on my home. They worked tirelessly for several days to remove and haul off countless loads of debris. They even spent a day of clean up in inclement weather to get the job finished. I canâ t emphasize enough how satisfied I am with the job they did. I would definitely use this company again and would recommend them for any project you might have. "We were running late completing a prior customer's project that we had begun the day before. Due to some unexpected complexities that we encountered while giving that customer great service, we did run late in arriving at Mark's home. We provided him both text and phone call updates on our status; however, he was upset and decided to cancel our engagement on the project. We are disappointed that he was unwilling to be patient with us, but we understand his decision. We do not believe his rating and review is a true reflection of the high-quality service experience that we provide to our customers."

Because of a mechanical failure that was not their fault, they had to work a lot harder than they should have had to complete the job. They found a way to over come the problem and still get the job finished in a timely and professional manner. When things go perfect most people can accomplish a task. But when something goes wrong as most things in life do only professions still get the job done. I tip my hat to Opexcellence for a job well done.
