Straightforward and honest. How refreshing to get answers and to have service people who tell you what they are going to do, then do it, tell you when they re going to arrive and actually show up as promised, give you a truly reasonable rate and stick by it. Point out problems they see but no on the spot pressure pushing. Great guys. Great work. Very efficient. My 94 year old Dad slept in the next room while they quietly just did their work. Courteous- no nonsense - very pleasant and again, straight answers. They did extra problem solving for us and kept it simple. Would recommend highly. They will be our new plumbers and have already recommended to others. We re grateful we found Optane Plumbing. And btw - I never take the time to fill these out - but I was super impressed and had real confidence in their work. They know their business and do it well.

VERY PROFESSIONAL! Fixed my main line that was clogged. Excellent Price! Rotor Rooter was a Joke with giving me all kinds of different prices etc. I just needed my main line cleared out. These Guys at OPTANE PLUMBING get 5 stars!! Honest and fixed my clogged line. I will recommend this company to friends and family!! Awesome Job!!

They bid by the job. Where unable to successfully complete all the work but did not lower the price for work not completed. They were nice and friendly but I would not hire them again.

"Sorry to hear that. Your part for your valve was ordered and should be hear any day. Unfortunately we been so busy it slipped our minds to call you. Wish you would of called us and asked what was going on with this part. We put a water heater in and had to run all new lines with out a up charge. We fixed your kitchen sink with out a up charge. We fixed a PVC hand rail that went down your outside steps with out a up charge. We worked on this tub/ shower valve found out it was a old valve that we had to find parts for. You was told we had to try to find parts. Yes you were told we call you back but got busy. Again that was with no up charge. The price we did the work for is way more than fair. If you want it fixed give us a call! 6363958015. Thanks have a very nice day and happy holidays"
