I called this company after I got a quote from another that I felt was too high. Boy, was I right. One of the owners came by on his way home from work to take a look. By the next day it was fixed and had a quote for another project. The second project was also completed at a good price and solved a problem I had had for a year. I think the are the best.

After interviewing several companies I chose Optimal Air Solutions and am extremely pleased with my decision. Joe S worked with me to determine the best option for replacing my condenser and evaporator coil. He listened to and answered all of my questions, was very respectful and very honest. Brian and his installation crew were fantastic. They were on-time, efficient and courteous. I will also use them for regular maintenance of my system. The AC was installed at a great price. One of the owner of the company name Steve Finley came to my house for the estimate. He thoroughly went over all the details of the project and gave us an uneatable price on the new AC and heating system. Steve Finley went beyond his way to get the AC work at it's best performance. We had some issues in the attic that was causing the AC to run for a longer period of time during the day. He installed an attic fan and a return in the den to reduce the load on the AC. Thank you very much Steve! I'll definitely recommend Optimal Air Solutions for the AC installations or repairs.

The problem was easily resolved when we flipped on a switch located next to a light switch. Apparently a varmit control tech I had hired turned off the light and the furnace switch the last time he was checking traps in my attic. Despite mmy willingness and offer to do so there was not even a service call fee for the visit. I will definitely call these folks once I truly have a HVAC repair need!

Fast appointment setup and didn't charge me just to come out and assess the compatibility of a smart thermostat install. They guarantee their work but don't expect to have any problems.

I called in at 4 after calling many others they were here in 30 minutes to do the quote, 2 hours later they came and did the work. The quote was excellent and I'm pleased with the work.

I made the call to Optimal Air Solutions at around 5:45, was told the tech would be here between 6:00 and 7:00. He came at around 6:20 , assessed the problem and within 20 minutes it was fixed. Amazing service! Will use them again if I have any other AC issues!

I am more than pleased with the service I received from the folks at Optimal Air Solutions. Steve Finley is very professional, knowledgeable and detail oriented, and it showed in the installation of my home's HVAC. He took the time explain exactly what was going to be replace and how original ducts that were laying on the attic's floor was going to be hung to ensure maximum efficiency. The crew came and 4 hours later they had the new HVAC system up and running. My attic now looks better. They left my house cleaner than what it was before the commencing work. I look forward to continue doing business with Optimal Air Solutions. They went above and beyond my expectations. I highly recommend to friends and family.
