We had new project that we decided to tackle during quarantine - doing a partial remodel of our bathroom. We had a great experience with Optimum Construction a couple of years ago so decided to call them again to help us with our latest home improvements. =) Again, Omar was great at letting us know exactly what to expect moving forward and the project came in on budget - even though we knew our budget was tight. We updated our bathroom vanity, sink, fixtures, and mirror. Everything was done to our exact specifications and turned out beautifully! We were so excited to have the bathroom updated and upgraded after almost 7 years of "dealing with it" because "it works." His team was on-time, 100% professional, and took every safety precaution possible to protect our family as well as themselves. We will definitely use them again in the future and highly recommend them to anyone looking to upgrade their space.

Optimum Construction Company did a phenomenal and very professional job for us! Everything turned out beautifully. When we called to get pricing and talk about the job they were very friendly and accommodating. They made the process seamless! Their pricing was very reasonable. The workers were prompt, polite and professional. They were very courteous and they were respectful of our home. They also did a great job of being tidy and cleaning up after themselves! If you are looking to have your home remodeled then, by all means, Optimum Construction Company! You will not be disappointed!

I hired optimum construction to remodel my basement. From the designing steps until the completion of my project it was an incredible journey. I loved the communication between the team and me and I loved how the envisioned my dream projects into reality. There were some delays with permitting but they handled it so well. I would honestly recommend Optimum Construction for any home remodeling project. From the start to finish it was super smooth and they are so friendly accommodating and truly honest.

This was our second project with Optimum Construction and Omar. As we began, the Covid-19 pandemic hit. However, we pushed through delays caused by the virus and vendors inability to get products. The project included: painting the entire interior of the house, new carpet in the three bedrooms, and new hardwood floors in the kitchen, living room, hallway and dining room. We had walls removed, granite countertops installed, recessed lighting added, new shaker cabinets, a farm sink, and appliances installed. Considering all that we have accomplished, the end product is outstanding and we love our home. Omar and the team are a joy to work with.

Throughout the project, Omar and his team were extremely professional, considerate of our family and gave us a high quality project. Jason (Project Manager) was excellent in solving our every issue. There are only positive comments regarding their work cleanliness and timely workmanship. We are now considering another project, with only Optimum Construction being considered. They are EXCELLENT!

I would highly recommend Optimum Construction! Omar and his staff are great! This is the 2nd job I have hired them for. They did such a good and quality job on my bathroom remodel that I hired them to replace my deck as well. Omar is reliable, responsive, timely, completes quality work and was readily available to answer any questions I had during the process. I had significant renovations done with Optimum Construction including building a new barn, new concrete patio, electric work, new front door, and new garage doors. The Barn was a dream of mine come true. Omar the owner designed, built, and kept the project within my budget. Everything on my project looks amazing. If you go with Optimum Construction, you will be happy. Everyone who works with the company is caring and attentive to detail. I very highly recommend the company and will be using them again for any renovations I have in the future. They are simply the best in the industry that you will find.

These guys are the best contractors we've ever worked with! Omar is very customer service oriented and even dropped by while his guys were on the job, just to make sure everything was going well. The two gentlemen who were installing our grout-able, vinyl tile floors in the basement utility room were hard-working, knowledgable, and on-time. They worked efficiently and the end result was a floor so gorgeous, you can't really tell it's not real tile! They also put up our cedar wood shutters that we'd previously ordered. They look the time to carefully measure and make sure everything was straight and perfect before drilling them in and up. They couldn't look better! I am a bit OCD and expect perfection and they delivered on ALL counts. They did BOTH of these projects in ONE DAY, which was amazing! Efficient, cost-effective, and beautiful results! I will definitely give Optimum Construction a call for my next project and will highly recommend them to anyone who will listen to me rave about them!

Omar is very customer service oriented. He ensures that the work is being timely and that the customer and members of his staff understand what needs to be done. He is very pleasant to deal with and will work through and problems and concerns. The workers we had were very conscientious and hard working. We felt very comfortable with them being in our home.

Optimum construction conducted multiple projects for us. They worked on our drywall issues, ceiling fixes, electrical work and conducted specialty painting. Management Staff and project workers were very professional,top notch and delivered nothing but quality!! Optimum Construction completed a major renovation on two bathrooms in our house. As a finished project we are very satisfied with the result. We found Omar to be both highly professional and extremely easy to work with from the start of the project through its completion. He was very accommodating to our requests and last minute changes, and we believe that the advice and suggestions that he offered were in our best interests. He clearly demonstrated that it was his objective to ensure that we would be extremely pleased with our new bathrooms.

We were Amazed by how Optimum Handled our entire project knowing how Detail oriented we are. Omar (the owner) was here almost everyday checking on his crew and checking with us to make sure all is going as planned. We will definitely be using them for all of our feature projects. Felt pressured to sign a contract, then owner of company refused to fix multiple mistakes until the contract was finalized. Owner then mentioned that he could raise the price if he wanted to, even though we never signed a contract. He was very nice in the beginning, but blew it in the end unfortunately.

While we always go the extra mile to please our clients, we are still unsure why you might felt the way you did or why you felt pressured into signing a contract, In fact we?ve mentioned to you on multiple occasions that we are booked six weeks ahead but we were still willing to help you with your project since you needed it done as soon as possible for the holidays. As far as we were informed by you, that you did not have the funds to continue the project you requested us to start and you only had us perform 2 low priced items out of 10 other items. On another note we never refused to fix any remarks you had. We?ve contacted you multiple times to schedule our crew to come finalize your remarks while you told us not to. We?ve been in business for 16 years and we are rated the highest among our competitors in this field based on our outstanding online reputation/rating and without a single bad review/complain for the past 16 years, Therefore we feel the need to clarify some misunderstanding. Below are some clarifications on your project:- -You?ve contacted us for a quote on multiple projects in your home. -You?ve asked us to price your projects as a group to get a better price when done all together. -We?ve provided you with a discounted quote for all your projects as line items and noted on the quote that these prices could vary if projects are broken apart. Some items on the quote carried a very low cost since our crew would already be working on your house on other projects and we are happy to do them for you at this low cost such as ?painting your basement and building you a breakfast nook? -You?ve contacted us and asked us if we can only do those items priced low and we?ve informed you that those items are only priced this low if we would do it as a part of your other projects and if we do them by themselves it would cost a lot more then what we priced it at. -You then asked us if we can start with those 2 items first so you can check our work quality first before we can get involved in a bigger project and before signing anything. -We?ve mentioned to you that we don?t prefer to perform any work on any client?s homes without paper work, but because we want to earn your business and since we are 100 % sure about our work quality, and because that was your only request to work without company, we decided to start those 2 items for you without any paperwork, down payments or questions. -You?ve asked us if you needed to pay us anything as a down payment and we?ve told you that after you check our quality, we can then sit and finalize you entire quote. -We?ve painted your basement and built you a breakfast nook per all your instruction, in which you, your husband, and children were extremely happy with (based on your text messages and comments) -You wanted a minor change to your breakfast nook design after it was completed and we were happy to"
