TOOK $ 5900 DEPOSIT NEVER DID ANY WORK , NEVER RETURNED THE DEPOSIT AS OF NOW EVEN THOUGH ON MAY 23rd SENT AN EMAIL STATING THE MONEY WAS TO BE RETURNED BECAUSE THE WORK WAS NEVER DONE. BECAREFUL WITH CONTRACTORS THAT ASK FOR A DEPOSIT ON LABOR !!!!!!

I had another servicing my pool for more than ten years and when they could not provide a replacement heater a friend recommended Optimum Pool Service and they came through; they got a difficult to get heater and opened and closed my pool and have been servicing it regularly for the past four seasons. They are courteous, prompt, and professional, I highly recommend Optimum Pool Service, Inc.
