Expensive. Contract said would check cage daily for a week but Optimum wanted to stop after only 3 and a half days.

After inspecting the house inside and out, he explained exactly the services he would provide and follow-up visits when he gave us the free estimate. We set up an appointment to have the work performed two days later. He did everything he said he would do to eradicate our termite infestation and more. He even bagged and removed rubbish from our two crawl spaces. I would defintely recommend Optimum to others.

Tom Randazzo was prompt in responding to my request. He explained exactly what it would involve inthe removal of my squirel problem. He followed up each and everyday and arrived when he said he would. Problem has now been solved and he will follow up in 3 months to insure the same. His price was resonable compared to others. He offered further service as maintenance and seasonal pest control.

Spoke to Tom on a Monday and he was willing to come out same day (which was not possible as I was not available at the time). He came the following day well within the agreed time window. Tom quickly evaluated our situation (yellowjacket next in a crevice of our roof) and offered two free estimates/options with different pricing and benefits. As soon as we made our decision, he went right to work. He told us to give the situation about 48 hours for the poisons to work and if we still saw the insects after four to five days he would immediately return. I would highly recommend Tom for any exterminating needs.

They came hours after my initial call observed the problem with the swarms of flying ants and treated it. They expalined the probable cause and how they would treat it and gave an accuarte no pressure estimate for short-term and long term care. My wife and I were very happy with the person doing the treatment and would highly recommend them.
