Option 1 responded to my Angi's List inquiry for an estimate. I really appreciated that they reached out to me almost immediately and offered me an earlier appointment than what I had scheduled on Angi's List. Their customer service staff were very polite and answered all of my questions. They even called to let me know the technician was delayed and were quick to offer me a new appointment. Shaun came out to help us replace a valve under our kitchen sink and to clear a clogged sewer line. He was very polite and respectful, and made sure to wear booties over his shoes when he came inside the house. He offered us three options and emailed the estimate to me so I could show my husband. Shaun even stuck around after he was done clearing the sewer line in order to make sure the water didn't start backing up again. We are very happy with the service we received from Option 1.

I put in a request to Homeadvisor for plumbing work to be conducted this weekend. My wife asked me to snake the drain because it was clogged with hair; so I went to lowe's and bought an auger that got stuck in the drain also. :-) Initially I wanted to get quotes today but Ryan from Option One plumbing came out and just began working on the issue. 10 minutes later he was done. Ryan was very professional, he knew exactly what to look for and got the job handled. I will definitely use Option One if needed. All in all it was $83 down the drain, thanks Ryan :-)

I had a section of galvanized pipe that had sprung a leak and was connected to the main water meter outdoors. Option One came out the same day that I called to give a work estimate. Ryan was professional and knowledgeable in explaining how the rupture occurred and what it would take to repair in addition to the cost. I called the next day as Option One was the MOST REASONABLE in their work estimate for the job. That same day, actually within an hour or two of calling, Matt arrived repair the pipe. He was professional, courteous and stayed until the job was done. Very knowledgeable, took no shortcuts in working on the problem and didn't hurry up the process just to get to the next job. I highly recommend Option One. Ryan and Matt were superb in dealing with and Matt worked hard on the repair. Appreciate their professionalism, courtesy, knowledge and in doing an excellent job! I would hire again.

Ryan, the technician, was very efficient and eager to solve our problem with the water heater. He spent hours searching for the "right" part, which was impossible to find. We really appreciate all the efforts he put forward to try to please us. Of course, we will recommend this company, and Ryan, to anyone who has a need for their service.
