    Option 1 responded to my Angi's List inquiry for an estimate. I really appreciated that they reached out to me almost immediately and offered me an earlier appointment than what I had scheduled on Angi's List. Their customer service staff were very polite and answered all of my questions. They even called to let me know the technician was delayed and were quick to offer me a new appointment. Shaun came out to help us replace a valve under our kitchen sink and to clear a clogged sewer line. He was very polite and respectful, and made sure to wear booties over his shoes when he came inside the house. He offered us three options and emailed the estimate to me so I could show my husband. Shaun even stuck around after he was done clearing the sewer line in order to make sure the water didn't start backing up again. We are very happy with the service we received from Option 1.

    9. Identity Verification (SSN)
      HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
    10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
      We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
