DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Rolando was assigned by my home warranty company to repair my dishwasher and washing machine. He diagnosed the issues and said he needed to order parts, but after a week we learned the parts hadn?t even been ordered. Over the next several weeks, he repeatedly failed to show up for scheduled appointments, rarely communicated, and only responded after repeated calls?or when we called from a different phone number. For the final appointment, he asked to move the time due to a personal emergency. We agreed and rearranged our schedules again, but he never showed up and stopped responding to calls and texts altogether. We took time off work, had family members wait at our home, and spent weeks trying to get a simple repair completed. Unfortunately, this experience was marked by poor communication, missed appointments, and a lack of professionalism. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.
