Panels were placed on time. However everything else was terrible. Estimate was that solar system will cover 52% of my energy demand but it covers only 2% according to PECO. I can not monitor the system myself. I can not get in touch with Orbit Energy to discuss any issues. BTW I was told that the system will start working in 2 month after installation but it took 4 month instead although I had to start paying for it in 2 month after installation.

We have had this company for 3 years now. You cannot get in touch with anyone. No one will ever call you back and resolve your issues. We had no solar power from squirrel damage for 4 months. No one would come out and fix it. We have 67 panels on our roof and should be enough power to do 3 houses but they do not work properly and we are still paying an electric bill and a $506 electric bill. Lastly, the solar panels have caused severe mold in our attic. It has ruined so many things. Our ceiling paint in our upstairs hallway is chipping off because of the moisture. We tried hiring a lawyer but were advised to hire an insurance adjuster. Have not gone that route yet but this is by far the worst solar company. My neighbors are all very happy with their companies. I kick myself for hiring Orbit.

We met with Orbit Sales Representative Andrew Z. on 3/19/22 and signed up that day! Andrew was thorough, clear and we felt very at ease. The installation of our Solar Panels Ground Mount has been a smooth process. Everything was orchestrated by Orbit. I deeply appreciated having Andrew as our go to person regarding questions, issues or concerns, which were answered and solved promptly. I appreciate Orbit's communications, letting us know where we are in the process, what will occur and when. I am so grateful to work with a company that supports community and our planet. Our technician was Jack. He was professional and friendly during the entire process. He comes across as a very honest and trustworthy guy. He was able to schedule our AC unit to be replaced with very short notice during the hottest week of the year. I would recommend Jack for future work.

I highly recommend Orbit for anyone interested in going Solar. From start to finish, Orbit and Andrew were amazing to work with. Andrew was very knowledgeable, patient, professional, reliable, honest, and timely. Everything Andrew told me would happen is happening! I am seeing a credit each month on my gas/electric bill since the system has been up and running. Each step of the way Orbit was in communication with me about what was happening. It was a pleasure to work with a company that must value their employees as much as they value their customers. Their commitment and passion shows in their work through and through. Seamus Hoffman was my rep from Orbit. He was AMAZING! Very knowledgeable. Was able to answer all my questions and ease any concerns or reservations I had. I felt truly heard and respected. The crew that came in to do the installation was extremely courteous and professional. They as well answered any questions I had or if they weren't able to, referred me to someone I could reach out to. Orbit overall has been such a great company to deal with. Someone typically gets back to me that day or the next. I recommend them to everyone!

From start with quotes to finish installation this company is perfection. I'm happy I found them. The office personnel was very personable and helpful (thank you Jackie) Jeffrey came out for the quote and I could tell he was very knowledgeable. Finally the installers were exemplary, starting and finishing job in less than a day and thankfully before it got too hot. Thank you again, next up will hopefully be a water softener.

My experience with Orbit started with my salesman Walt Pietrzk. He explained everything about going solar to me I didnâ t feel pressured. When he was done he went over everything 2 more times. The site inspection was next then the installation everyone was very nice and explained each step thoroughly and they completed the installation in one day yes I would recommend Orbit I am very pleased Karen

They came in and out my back door to install a new AC unit and heater and hot water heater. I do not what happened but my back door does not close as it did before to and my laundry. I told them do not to take the laundry off but they did and take it off they could not put it back on, so back the door does not close unless I slam it and my laundry room door is just leaning against the wall. I told them about that and they told me they did not do that. My wife is very mad for what they did to the doors!!!

We had just about decided to go with another local company to install our new boiler. We needed plumbing/piping installed and had to cut a hole in the roof for venting. This made me very nervous; however, Greg was very informative and answered all my questions so that I could understand. They came to do the work soon after I signed the contract and did a wonderful job. It was a little challenging, but the team was diligent, on time, friendly, and informative. Highly recommend.

They keep in touch with you every step . Itâ s a little time consuming waiting on inspection & Electric co. But I am sure it will be worth the wait. But the installation guys were definitely fantastic.
