Terrible experience with the roofing department. 2 months after signing contract, no plan or urgency from Orbit to complete the roof replacement. The customer service line goes to voicemail every time and the project manager is unresponsive after making me his top priority. I left a review elsewhere and the owner said ...to re-earn your trust, please give us a call - I called several times, even speaking to a different department (solar) but the roofing department never answered. The owner did not have the decency to call or email me to attempt to fix things (they have my number as we signed a contract). Absurd. I cannot comment on the quality of their work because they did not do anything. Do yourself a favor and find someone else.
