I had a great experience with Orbit. From the moment I had my appt set up. Joe was very nice and professional. When Justin came to test my water, he was great. Very nice and knowledgeable. Then the install crew was clean and very polite. They did what they needed to do in a very timely manner. I have since tested my water and it is beyond expectations. I would definitely recommend Orbit

Between the salesperson to the installers to the product supervisors, there is no communication or clarity. Had clearly asked the salesperson about installing the RO water purifier on fridge line and was told no problem. On ray of installation, installers said no and that they had never done one like that so put in a separate line (well hooked it up to a previous one that was already in the home we purchased). Was told that the company would ?follow up in 30 days to re test water and talk about service plans? A call to the salesperson led to a conversation with the installation supervisor who explained that they don?t install on refrigerators because of motor issues ( but that it doesn?t always happen that way, it?s variable?etc etc.)?great but why was that not said up front? Then no one calls about follow up and and when I emailed to inquire about re-testing water and scheduled maintenance, was told ?oh no?once again you were misinformed by the rest of our team?that happens till after a year?? wait so you installed something that was supposed to eliminate highly toxic dissolved substances in my water but will have me and my kids drink from it for a whole year before checking the quality? More recently, the water from the RO system has been tasting a little weird. Reached out to the supervisor?no answer. Just a total crap show when it comes to internal communication and after sales customer service. And I actually bought their rope of the line softener and RO system. Cannot recommend

I usually donâ t do many reviews But this was a pretty good experience with Orbit. The sales and customer service was easy w Scott, and the installation team (forgot their names, sorry) was fabulous. They quickly installed the sustem.. easyâ ¦ and then had figure the drainage system â they smartly crawled Nader my house and tied it into the plumbing under my crawlspace. Very neat and professionally done and the install fellows were pleasant and professional. I thought the system was a little expensive but when I looked at other systems you still have to order it online, then hire a plumber for installation., etcâ ¦Orbitâ s business model is much easier and I feel comfortable paying for the warranty and lifelong service upfront, which I rarely do.. And, by the way, the softener and filtering really works well, exceeded my expectations.

The water taste great from the kitchen sink with our RO system. Installation was perfect. We should have called Orbit and Jim years ago. The Lifetime Warranty is impressive. No one else offered this.

I recently got a water test from Orbit because I was worried about the chorine smell. Dustin came out and gave us a water analysis. I was very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. He showed us exactly what was in our water and it was alarming! Dustin showed us a few solutions to fix these issues, sized up the install, and was able to fix the water the very next day. Ryan did the install and he was amazing. He took the time to walk us through and answer all questions we had. Iâ m very happy with Orbit and already recommended them to friends and family

Scott Culin was my water Rep. He did a very thorough Job explaining the process. He is always easy to get a hold of and Extremely responsive. He got me set up with my new water system from Orbit and I couldn't be happier. The install team was great. They made sure I fully understood all the ins and our of my new water system before they left .This is by far one of the best investments I've ever made. I had very hard water and now the water that comes out of my pipes is incrediblly soft and pure! We are very satisfied.

Our rep was very professional and has been available after install to answer any questions we have had. The difference in our water after the install was amazing.

Dustin visited and walked us through the water quality and equipment they provide. We really like their warranty and service provided. He is very straightforward, honest and easy to work with. Dustin tested and explained why our water tastes horrible and did a demo how the system would work. We compared a few quote and decide to go with orbit. Dustin helped us to book the installation for next day! I mean literally next day, the crew showed up 11 am and finished the installation in 2 hrs. Dillan and Ryan are both quick, professional, easy going and they wear shoe cover the whole time - I really appreciate that. They made sure the old water is emptied out from the pipe and boiler. The RO system works immediately after empty the tank twice, the â pool water tasteâ - what my wife called - completely went away and tap water is also much softer- we like shower with soft water. By today, the water come from RO taste crystal clear and sweet - itâ s working quite amazing. Oh I also really like their softening system in the basement, itâ s really cool looking and the salt bin is very short - saves me so much effort to dump salt. Overall me and my wife are so happy and would recommend to our friends as well!

Dustin was AMAZING!! He explained everything and nothing was a surprise after they started working. And the best part - we have well water and can actually drink it now and it is delicious. Hands down would recommend them!

The water treatment is great. The only thing is waiting for another crew to contact us to make an appointment to patch the holes in the wall they made while installing the purification system. It has been 2 weeks and no one has contacted me yet.
