These extremely personable young men have a good level of technical ability and set up a new HDTV antenna and connected it to two tvs. They dealt with the condominium manager who is not easy to make happy. There were some canceled or delayed appointments for which they apologized profusely. If a customer is willing to cut them some slack for this, they will satisfy. It may have been because of the condo requirements but the installation was substantially over the estimated cost.

The repair was done completely and professional. I was impressed with the knowledge of the repairmen as well as the effieciency in the way they worked. The repair was expalined in laymans' terms. Thank you

I was completely satisfied with the installation of my antenna. Everything was explained to both my wife and myself about how to operate our TVs now that we have converter boxes for each of them. I am very pleased with my new antenna. Orbital Union Telecommunications not only did an excellent job installing my antenna at a great price but they also spend the time to connect my digital boxes and aligned my antenna to get max reception. The installers were very friendly and a pleasure to have in my home. I feel that Orbital Union Telecommunications went the extra mile to insure that I was happy with their work. I rarely find this level of customer concern from a company any more. To be honest I was treated more like a long time friend then a customer.

I contacted Rob to install a satellite dish to my chimney. I was told by my roofer that the initial installation was done improperly, and I was unhappy about the sloppy wiring that had been done by the satellite company's installer. Rob listened and understood my concerns, made extremely helpful recommendations, and provided an overall level of customer service that was outstanding. He and his assistant, Warren, were courteous, thorough, and completely committed to my being satisfied with the work. The wiring is now barely noticeable on the outside, neat and professional looking on the inside, and I couldn't be happier with the result.

Patrick and Rob worked for as long as it took to receive the most Digital Channels I possibly could. Well worth every penny and very professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing an antenna installed. After they left I was even able to get "WNJN 23" on my Living room TV though it had refused to tune it in while they where here.

The older I get the less I understand TVs. Rob and the crew were great getting my HDTV hooked up to my antenna giving me the best picture I've ever seen. Rob got my current DVD/VCR player to talk to the HDTV. I will happily use them in the future when I have any question about how the HDTV is configured with external peripherals or any HDTV related question. Thanks again Rob.

Rob White and Patrick Cullen of O.U.T. are knowledgeable about the world of antennas. If you think an outdoor antenna might be a better solution than cable for your veiwing habits, as it is for us, these guys will hook you up. They made sure the work they did for us was done correctly. They were completely pleasant about it through every step. A little more planning on their part could have reduced the time they spent and eliminated the need for a second visit - in fairness, there are some things they can't know before they get to the site. They used improvisation and creativity, and the best part is they stood behind their work. Now we have over 30 stations and no cable bill. Our thanks to Rob and Patrick. We will call again next time.

Did not keep their word. Installed an antenna inadequate for my area. Took several months to do a terrible job. Promises were made about refunding my money yet that has yet to occur although its been weeks. Excuses for missed and late appointments were many and caused me to question their validity. . Nice as can be but I doubt their integrity in every way now. I've been had and they do not deserve to be part of any recommended service plan. Any questions?

The Orbital team was very knowledgeable of their services and took the time to explain options, costs and other considerations before beginning the job. In all projects, situations arise which impact the complexity of the work and the cost. Orbital calmly and professionally worked through the challenges without resorting to increases in cost, which was much appreciated. I was pleased that they took special care to minimize the traffic inside my hose, and were careful not to leave any mess or trash. Please note that this job was done at night and it was raining at the time. I will highly recommend Orbital whenever the opportunity exists.
