"Dear customer, please kindly note that when we first talked, the service was estimated and quoted for 5 days in order to complete the whole project. However, your husband took the decision to go only with 2 out of the 5 days we estimated, meaning that our work was going to remain incomplete. So, we decided to engage in another project after working for you for 2 days. However, after those 2 days, your husband reconsidered hiring us only for 5 more hours, and again, the work was going to remain incomplete. So, we offered you the possibility to work back with you once we completed our current work, and you never replied back. Last but not least, I would like to add that the treatment we received from you during the negotiation, hiring, and execution of the project, was absolutely unprofessional and unkind. You asked us to do many activities that were not related to what we do, which is professional organizing, and we even suggested you hire someone who specializes in that."
