we recently moved and needed blinds. Not knowing the area yet, we were referred to Oregon Coast Blinds. I called Benjamin (owner) and he returned my call the next day. We made appt. and he was out on the day & time that we had agreed on. Matthew came out on install day and was also ON TIME (during a really bad weather day, I might add). I must say, these two gentlemen were very professional, explained the process to us clearly and they were on time the days they came out to our home. We love our new blinds and strongly recommend them.

Great customer service

Ben and Katie made our home blind investment seamless and efficient. They were both very professional, offered the best advice and never tried to upsell. There was no straying from my husband and my expectations. Our blinds look amazing and are exactly what we wanted and all within the right price. On top of it all, they performed the job while they traveled to Central Oregon, even though they operate out of the coastal region. They came recommended by a family friend and I would recommend them to everyone.how sweet the up/down feature is (see picture).

Benjamin had done some repairs to our blinds when the house was a rental and our tenants were very pleased with both him and his work. We were converting the house from a rental to our residence and there was no need to look further for the right person for new window coverings. He brought sample books galore, very knowledgeable with colors and which materials would be best used in the various rooms. Benjamin kept us apprised of our order status and when they would be installed. He always arrived promptly at the time he promised with no big time window either. Benjamin worked quite efficiently and did a very clean job. What started out as a business transaction ended up in a friendship. We highly recommend Oregon Coast Blinds and would be our only call for future window coverings. Thank you Benjamin for the awesome job in our house!

Awesome experience working with Oregon Coast Blinds. Ben was able to lighten the space at my restaurant while providing privacy and comfort. The entire process was seem less. I picked out my blinds from the many samples, waited a few weeks for them to be made and then Ben installed them. The total cost was very reasonable, close to the same as doing it on my own, without the headache and hassle. Highly recommend!
