The worst movers I have ever encountered. The guys showed up unprepared with no dollies or furniture dollies. Luckily I had a dolly. After specifically asking them to secure my piano against the wall wall with the straps I provided. I discovered upon arrived they strapped it perpendicular to the wall with the strap across the from wall to wall. They have no clue how to load a truck. Of course because of this my piano arrived with a cracked caster and coming apart at the inside seem. It is confirmed by a piano repair company that it is ruined. They loaded all my heavy boxes (which were labeled heavy and/or fragile in the middle or top of the load and then did not secure it. I still had two 8 foot straps they did not use. Then after about a week at my new place I realized they took my mitre saw. I asked if they needed one as I was trying to sell it but they just took it without my knowledge. Do not use this company!

These guys rocked!!! They were here exactly when they said they would be. They did the job in about 6 mins and it cost me so little I should’ve bought them lunch now that I think about it. Great service, great price. Call these guys for help!!!
