What was described to me as a simple case of water hammer that could be fixed with an aerator ended up with the repairman lingering my house for hours only to have the water dispenser completely stop working not long after. The guy was supposed to come back and finish work, but then ghosted me. Please, do not make the same mistake I made. Do not hire this person. HomeAdvisor would do well not to this person or company back in their network.

I have never called a service repair company that is honest and trustworthy as Summit. Great communication and excellent work.

Eric, the technician, was very knowledgeable. He showed me the fridge problem so I was confident of the work needed. I have found the company for many of my repair needs and won't search further. I highly recommend Summit Logistics. Quality and price was tops!

My freezer door hinge was repaired and now works fine. I only gave 3.5 stars for quality because some minor damage done during the repair.

The person that came to my home was excellent, onetime, and fast.

Eric was very helpful. Came by first night to diagnose the noise from my front load washer. Then ordered parts and returned a few days later (over the weekend) to complete the repairs. I will call Summit again if I have other appliance problems or other projects.

Eric was outstanding. Great communication and very thorough. We installed an exterior vented hood over a range in one of our properties. The project presented some interesting challenges and Eric handled them exceptionally well. Very satisfied.
