Rick is incredibly unresponsive. My wife and I have been calling him for the past four months, and he does not return our calls. We got him to come by once only after personally driving to his home. We hired him over a year ago to build stone drive way columns, and they are still not finished. He has made several mistakes that lack the attention to detail you would expect from a mason. We had paid him in full, which suggests only one thing: he has somehow squandered our money and can no longer meet the obligations of the job. Rick if you get this, call me or expect court papers.

Hired Rick Tillotson in early Oct 2017 to excavate and build a double retaining wall and steps next to the house. Stated he would start in a week or so and it could be completed within a week. After many excuses they finally started in mid Dec. assured me it would be done before the ground froze and if not would complete it in the spring. My big mistake was paying him in full before it was done. I contacted him in the early spring, after many unanswered calls and text msgs and no shows he finally came back to almost finish the walls saying he would be back on a specific day no show more excuses, I gave up by 6/2018. I am left with unfinished walls and mess in lower and upper level yard. I still have pallets that need to be returned to the Stone supplier. I will not recommend him to anyone. Not reliable!

He's done 3 big projects for us: He absolutely has made good on everything. Very good work. I have already referred him to a neighbor; and, he did a great job!

We were over the top pleased with his work. he was one time, worked quickly, and the results were great. He gave great recommendations during the project and is a great problem solver. I am happy to recommend him to anyone.
