Mercia De Melo was great. She was very quick to respond. We did a consultation via facetime and scheduled the appointment. The day of the appointment, She arrived on time. She brings storage boxes and worked with what I had on hand first. She organized my office and was done on time. I will definitely call her again.

Mercia is a dynamo! She gives good advice, asks leading questions, and comes up with sometimes unique solutions to storage problems. She gave good advice for safety situations in my house. Then she and I cleaned and organized my garage and one of my closets. Im no longer ashamed for people to see my garage!

I never could have made these changes without her help, and she's motivated me to continue working on smaller projects on my own. She has wonderful ideas about where things should go, and she even cleans along the way! I'll definitely be asking her back to help me finish working on the problem areas, and it will be worth every penny. Her rates are very reasonable compared to other services and she even helps with carrying all the items I've decided to donate into a central area in my home. She's been such a godsend to me!

Mercia is amazing!!!! She is so personable, easy to work with, and an incredibly hard worker. With four children, three of them under the age of 5, we have a lot of stuff. I was sick during my last pregnancy and wasn't able to keep up with cleaning and organizing the house. I had been able to catch up on some of it but the house was still extremely cluttered and we were also trying to get it ready to put on the market. I was overwhelmed with all of the work that needed to be done and embarrassed at the condition of our house (it literally felt a few steps away from one of those hoarding shows). Mercia arrived with boxes and packing materials, tape, labels, cleaning supplies, etc. She did not make me feel judged about our mess at all. We were able to organize and pack almost our entire master bedroom, and most of the kids rooms within her first visit! With Mercia's help, I was able to get the whole house packed and get the house on the market within a month or two from her first visit. She also was great with my kids! She listened to all of their (long) stories and worked with them in their own spaces to make decisions about the toys they were ready to pass along to good will. I can't say enough good things about her! I'd hire her over and over again (which I did!)

Mercia is fantastic! I was connected to her through Home Advisor, and within days she was at my home ready to work. She arrived on time and started right away. Within 4 hours my kitchen was organized and spotless. She found a place for everything and helped me sort through what to keep, donate, or throw away. I would have never been able to accomplish what she did on my own in that amount of time. The second day she brought Michelle and they are a fantastic team! Not only is my house cleaner, but she has motivated me to continue when she isn't here! Mercia is very understanding and works at lightning speed! I will definitely be giving her a call when it's time to move and unpack!

She is excellent at organizing, she listened to what I needed done then helped me to prioritize the jobs to do that day given our time allotment and then did them. I am on abshoesting budget. We did master bathroom cabinets, shelves, light decorating in there. She was able to help me toss things I wouldn't have been able to without her. They needed to be tossed! She even had containers for purchase that were great for our project. She gave me helpful hints for office/ handling paper. She organized office but we didn't have time to toss. We didn't do files yet given time constraints. This was all done in 4 hours!!!! I have a large mirror that has been in my master bedroom for 6-9 months without being hung because I wasn't sure where I wanted and very heavy to. Hang. She offered to do that right away but unfortunately I didn't have the hardware and she had hardware for lighter pieces. Next time she will bring the hardware and we will hang it which will be awesome!!! She is very easy to talk with, offers suggestions, listens, then makes recommendations based on that. I would recommend her to a friend.

I am in the process of moving and Mercia has been a God sent to me to help me organize the move. She is very fast with everything she does and she came prepared for the job with organizers and supplies we needed. On top of that she is always smiling and a fun person to be with. I am completely satisfied and would recommend her to all my friends!

Efficient, patient, diligent, and very hard working. Parts of our house are a mess. They helped my husband to organize a room that couldn't be cleaned for quite some time and clear away 20 years of accumulating clutter. I will use them again.

I have never been able to arrange my home furnishings, paperwork, drawer-space, closets, etc., in a satisfactory way. I didn't have those skills, and the thought of trying to do the work myself was a source of anxiety. Mercia was just the person for the job. She arrived prepared, and after a brief assessment, we began transforming my living space. She understood what my needs were, and using items that I already owned, Mercia created an environment that is beautifully organized and reflects my personality. She is efficient with her time, and has a very calming presence. She is also a great teacher, and took the anxiety out of the process. I highly recommend her. I am very happy with her work, and would hire her again.

My house was really messy and disorganized. Mercia was able to get things from all over the house and sort everything by their category and find them a home where I could remember and find them. She can work very efficiently and get things done much faster than I could ever do by myself.
