I hired Nichole to help clean out & organize my son and daughter-in-law's garage. I know they were overwhelmed with everything and needed help. Nichole was very friendly, she got back to me all the time & right away. She was able to give a date within a reasonable amount of time. Her price was mid range for those I looked into. She showed up on time. She & her helper worked very hard for the day. However, I feel there were some there were some important things lacking she did not really rearrange space to put things in proper places that made sense. She used what was there & kind of put things on shelves where they didn't really make sense, ie: a gas can being put right above the kids toys where as there were empty higher up shelves on which it could go. Also shelving for shoe storage not being put by the door that goes into the house from the garage but being left in the middle of a garage. She also left some things outside of the garage, she did not help get those put away. That felt like the job that was not completed. Although we had purchased many bins and so forth she did not use any of those bins to help us get things together better. I asked about a couple large items that were not put away and she said she left them out for the kids to play with them. That made no sense. They were significantly large items, large ride-ons, so they needed a definite space and I felt they should have been put away to see how it would work. At 7-1/2 hours she said they were done. She charged me for 8 hours. I did not limit the job to 8 hours. If more time was needed it should have been given so that it was completed properly. If it took another hour or so to complete the job then say so. My son said it this way, she was nice, worked hard, helped A LOT, but she lacked methodology and detail in her work. I expected labeling, creating good organizational ideas, rearrangement of things to make it work better and much more attention to details. It's hard for me to say if I would recommend her or not I guess it would depend on the type of job.

My project was Downsizing our Home Of 30yrs Of the Treasures for Family Of 5 people !!! Thus I turned to my Very “Trusted Advisor” Whom has never disappointed me Yet no matter which USA State I’m in !! Nichole was Excellent, worked Quickly, Quietly & Purposely assisting me going through a mountain of Boxes Of Forgotten Treasures tucked away here. Very smoothly we sorted, classified ; keep, donate, recycle or discard ( broken or unusable) items.. I must say the day flew by very little stress ( that I had previously Imagined) Yes Indeed I would Highly recommend Nichol & her assistant Amanda ! Know too , I plan to “most definitely” have them back As I continue in other areas of my home, closets, & Drawers

    We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them.
  9. Identity Verification (SSN)
    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
