The installers arrived a couple of HOURS late on a day when I was planning to go into work just a little bit late for the install. Instead, I had to miss half the day. They claimed they got lost and went to a different part of Bellevue, but there is no way it could take that long to drive from one end of Bellevue to the other. The actual organizers they installed are great and a great value for the money.
