Customer service representative was very helpful in answering all my questions about the company's service offerings, certifications and its association with professional organizations. This company has full and part time employees rather than contract employees. The organizer worked with me to organize my basement; and my closets for my linens and toiletries. I have another day booked for our bedroom dressers and closets. It costs money to have this work done but at least you have an organized home and it is time efficient to work with an organizer. The organizer took the excess items out of my home to either my trash bin or to her van for transfer to a local charity.
