John was hired to paint two bedrooms and stain 5 wood doors and baseboard. The painting in 1 room was good the other was bad it was a blue color to start with and going to another shade of blue. You can still see the other paint through because he only painted 1 coat after I specefically told him I wanted 2 no matter the cost. I had to go back and put another coat on. The stain job was good but he DID NOT know how to hang the trim ,the doors or the baseboards. He hung the doors swinging the wrong way the trim around the doors with the rosetts way of and the baseboards did not meet in the corners so tried to fix it with putty. Someone else fix

Both times that John came to the house he was on time and professional. The job was completed within the specified time frame and the work was done in a professional manner.

We hired this company, based on price AND on the timeframe we were promised for completion. Two days before our job was to commence, John called to tell us he was moving us to a week later. He'd put another job in front of ours. He was very condescending on the phone to me, and treated me as if I was the "little woman who sits at home." That didn't sit well, as I serve as Sr. VP, Marketing for a large insurance company. My husband called John to tell him we were not going to use him, and he immediately told us he'd do the job as he originally committed. Not good business.

"We schedule all work one week in advance. This customer had a tenative start date of thursday and friday. It rained on monday and tuesday, therfore pushing all scheduled jobs back two days. This customer could not understand why I had to move her to monday and tuesday, and that there is no reason for the delay. After several phone calls I was able to flip flop thier job with the one that was scheduled ahead of them. When returning their phone call no more than 20 min later, they had informed me that they no longer requested the work to be done, even after I moved the job ahead of them. Weather plays a huge roll in our scheduling."

They were timely, courteous, and did the job quickly. Unfortunately, they worked too quickly and the quality of the finished product is sub-standard. There are a number of areas where too much coating was applied, creating pools and lines in the tub. There are also a number of areas where not enough coating was applied, resulting in large areas whith lots of tiny holes in the finish. The end result is that the tub looks much better than before, but it's quite obvious from the workmanship that it's been refinished, instead of looking like new.

"This project was completed in a house with no heat, only a space heater. It was under construction for a remodel. Without proper temperture the material will not dry as quickly as it needs to, there for the risk of sags or runs increases greatly. I informed the customer that this might happen and he informed me that he was on a deadline and this had to be done so the tile guy could start the next day. So I completed the job and the customer signed of on the work order that the tub looked great after completion. The problem area occured hours after I had left. I did return 2 weeks later and sanded down and fixed the problem areas."
