They were late but called to alert me to that. The job went fine however. They worked very quickly so in the end I did not need them for as long as they booked.

They neatly packed and moved my belongings in NYC to their truck on Friday morning, communicating with me by WhatsApp (I was not there.) On Saturday morning they met me at my storage facility in Minnesota, and carefully stored everything there for me. Amazing! They even did the estimate in NYC by phone, providing me with a photo inventory and discussing in real time exactly what could be left behind (food, liquids, etc.) The price was reasonable and the service tailored exactly as I wanted it. An excellent business!

Margo was excellent in helping me arrange the move. My house is being renovated and we had to put everything from our bedrooms in storage. The gentlemen were great. They took care of all the furniture by wrapping them up. They were great.

Dimitri from Orion Moving communicated with me by phone and email to get everything arranged to move my daughter from one studio to another in New York City. He was very attentive to every detail and made me feel more at ease since the last move she made in another state was a disaster. Per my daughters report, she said that PAEPA (the crew leader) and his other 2 crew members, were the best. She said she had never seen anyone tape a box so fast, lol,...and said, they absolutely worked their butts off, especially moving everything to a 2nd-floor walk-up. She had nothing but praise for Paepa and his crew. They arrived on time and ended on time, and took great care in handling the items. The move cost a little more than what was originally quoted, but not much more, and it was quite understandable. I would recommend Orion Moving Company to anyone who wants movers they can trust who give efficient, on-time service at an affordable price. I would hire them again, for sure, and highly recommend them! Thank goodness for honest businessmen and movers like them!

These movers are the best â prompt, efficient, and cheerful despite dealing with my fifth-floor walk-up apartment. Two things stood out. First, I had not been able to catch my cat beforehand and was terrified that she might be injured or escape. The movers were very watchful about her. Second, I have a large brick from my grandparentsâ house (demolished several years ago) and a rock on which my father wrote out the Ten Commandments because of it was shaped that way. I thought they would be too heavy to box and was worried the mover wouldnâ t want to deal with them, but when I explained how precious both these items were to me they understood completely and wrapped them together in a blanket. I would recommend Orion movers in a heartbeat.

Very amiable staff. Took great care of sensitive, delicate items such as art and medical equipment. Offered me a great hourly rate for my move. Very diligent and prompt even when weather conditions were less than favorable. I did not have to leave my apartment! Great expeditious service! Look forward to doing business again! Highly recommend!
