Orlando Brick Pavers, LLC

hired Orlando brick pavers LLC to do pavers on my pool deck. We knew of the Leadtime to get pavers since everything was on backlog. We waited for the pavers and we are told our job was going to Start on a certain day, The day before the guys were supposed to show up I found out they were not going to be working on my project because they were finishing another one. We were told the following day that they would be here working. That they came and no one showed up. And I called Andrew over and over, but the guy never picks up his phone. After finally getting him on the line he told me that him and the crew would be at my house certain day and which him and his crew leader were the only ones that showed up . Andrew does not do the work himself as he is the owner of the company and the crew leader came in flip-flops that day so I knew he would not be doing that much. It turns out they were just here to look at my job when they were supposed to be here starting that day . I was more than upset at this point already in the job has not even started yet. Andrew could have easily told me that they were not planning on starting and that they were just coming here to look at the job which ,honestly I thought would have been done prior to their original start date. That same day Andrew told me that his original crew that was going to do my house took another job and that he had to find someone else last minute. This is all good however shortly after Claudio and his crew started my house I could see that they were either very new or had never done this before. I questioned A lot of things that were happening as I own a construction company myself. When I approached Andrew with my concern that these guys do not have much Experience he had nothing to say. They were taking a shortcut on a lot of things and I felt like I would watch over them the entire time, on top of that they took a week longer than they were originally told me the project will take. It was about a month ago that my pavers were finished, so fast forward to today. My entire pool deck Has to be torn up and redone again. I did ask Andrew to come to my house so that he can inspect the job that was done, he showed up with Claudio who originally did my job. Claudio told Andrew that he was done and he was not going to fix anything and basically drove off. Andrew promised me within 24 hours he would get a hold of me to get my project completed. Of course I did not get any calls from him and I bugged him over the next few days only to find out he had been in the hospital. Not knowing he was in the hospital and not getting an answer for a few days I made plans with another paver company to come out and tear up all the pavers and do the job correctly. With the project manager who walked off and said he was not coming back and not getting phone calls back from the owner I just assumed I was getting scammed . I had already paid Andrew at Orlando brick pavers LLC half of the amount of the job up to that point. After I had already made arrangements with the other company to fix my project I received an email from Andrew stating that he was not ignoring me and that he had been in the hospital. In that same email he told me that he would need to charge me another $4000 to come out and take the pavers up and redo them correctly . In his own words he saying that the job is not done correct but wants to charge me another $4000 for him to come out and fix his mistake. RIDICULOUS ¦ after I told him I was not paying him anything else and that I did not want him working on my project since it was left like this to begin with and I had already contacted someone else ,I received a lien notice in my mailbox about a week later. Beware of this company especially the owner Andrew. He could care less and wants to be paid whether you are satisfied with the job or not even if it is not complete.

They were great.

Very responsive, had a couple of estimates and Andrew was with the rest of the estimates, and another thing he offered that others didn't was clean up and clean my pool.

Orlando Brick Pavers did an outstanding job from the beginning to the end. The sales rep was very personable and knowledgable. He even met us on a Saturday morning (not a scheduled work day for him) to help us choose our pavers. Even though Tropical Storm Debby interfered with the original start date, they immediately got to work as soon as the storm passed and did a beautiful job. Our pool deck looks amazing!! Thank you, Bill and thanks to the workers who installed our pavers. They were hard working and very dedicated. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!!

They did everything that they said they would do and did it very well.

Great customer service. Easy to work with and have a great artistic eye. Help create our backyard oasis. Thank you

We love our new patio! Bill took the time to give us information about every option. He helped us get the most for our money and we love the final result! The workers installed it efficiently and we are so pleased with our new outdoor living space.

I am happy to report that this company is not only honest, it's employees are friendly and knowledgable. From the initial estimate, to the finishing touches, these folks displayed a terrific work ethic... and kept me informed, every step of the way. The only real problem (a misprint in a supplier catalog, that caused the wrong material to be delivered) was resolved quickly. And now, after seeing the final results, I want to do some further modifications to my property. And I will definitely be using Orlando Brick Pavers again.

This company was very personal, understanding, and professional. They delivered exactly what we had in mind for our back yard. Their estimator was a real asset to their company. He truly believed in their product and their work. We would call them again for any future jobs that we may require.
