Orlando Deck & Dock did a wonderful job at building our dock in the Orlando area! Why not hire the best, FIRST? We contacted about 5 companies at the same time, but David of Orlando Deck & Dock was the only one who came out in person, the very next day, to discuss the project. I still believe that the â early bird gets the wormâ . All in all, it was about a 2.5 month time investment, as you are dealing with county permitting, survey and HOA approval, which is the only thing slowing down a dock project. As soon as we got beyond the paper work, the materials were ordered, delivered, and the dock was built over the weekend, by a team of hardworking, talented men, who donâ t mind getting into the lake, no matter what may be swimming around. This is Florida, so gators are very common. I can highly recommend Orlando Deck & Dock, as they guided me through the permitting process. Everything went very smooth from the first meeting to discuss the project, to the final, amazing result !!! Now we get to enjoy our dock, all the incredible wildlife, and go fishing !!! So if you live & work at home, and are looking to expand your familyâ s experience on your lake, look no further. David called back immediately, showed up for our first meeting on time, and once we chose this company, it was like that for every single encounter and phase. When he says it, he does it. His crew is his crew--long-term workers committed to doing a great job, the same crews all the time. David helped us plan and spent a lot of time making sure we did it right. I have never seen a dock company like this. One of our neighbors used them a few years ago, so we'd seen Orlando Deck & Dock's work, but going through the process was a dream because of their integrity and professionalism. Demolition and rebuild happened quickly. The workers were 100% efficient and professional. T The quality of product used and the building methods surpassed our expectations. My husband grew up around construction, and he is hard to impress. He was marveling at how good of a job this was. We highly recommend this company. Our dock is beautiful and we look out there with the feeling of grateful appreciation for a job well done.

Built a fabulous dock, took care of all the idiotic paperwork and dealt with the government dolts with the paperwork. David was fantastic and I've got endless compliments on the finished product.

He tells you what you will get and he and his team delivers exactly that (or a little more)!
