"Thank you for posting a review. I would like to take this opportunity to address the issues raised in your review. 1) Orlando Enterprises Tahoe, Inc never entered into a contract with you, Sam H However, Orlando Enterprises Tahoe, Inc did enter into a contract with the property owners, your parents, for construction of an addition/remodel of the property. 2) The plumber used on this job is a fully licensed contractor in both California and Nevada. 3) Orlando Enterprises Tahoe, Inc has not received any evidence or formal complaints (beyond this review) documenting any of the alleged issues raised in your review. On March 26, 2023, Orlando Enterprises Tahoe, Inc did receive a punch list of items to address at the end of the project. Our company completed the list, and also a few add-ons, at no charge to the property owners. In fact, we received a Thank You email from the property owners on April 30, 2023. 4) Further, after the April 30, 2023 Thank You email was received, I was notified that a tree fell onto the residence at the property and our company promptly removed the tree, fixed the roof, and fixed the interior damage, again at no charge to the property owners. This was done as a favor from our company. 5) After working together to complete the project in a satisfactory manner, we were shocked to find this review posted on Home Advisor in December 2025. From the completion of the project, through to today, Orlando Tahoe Enterprises, Inc has not received any additional punch lists, phone calls, texts, letters, emails, or other communication addressing the issues raised in this review. The only notice we have received of any existing issues is this review. 6) I recommend you review the contract entered into by the property owners, as it addresses how issues concerning the construction should be raised and resolved. 7) I have chosen to respond to this review in an effort to be transparent about what occurred, and validate our other, positive reviews.
