Sales person was nice until we tried to contact him after the bad install he never returned calls. Owner of company tried to blame us on there bad install. Had to explain to owner of company how to properly hang gutters. There second visit they did half ass repair to cover up there mistakes

"I am sorry to hear that you are not happy with your installation, we try our very best to make every job an easy and stressless process for every customer, this is very important to me. I am the owner of the company and I know exactly what job you are referring to (customer issue - more water than expected coming out of one of the downspouts). The gutters were installed properly and exact to the quote you have as well, I personally inspected the job. The modification you requested was done exactly as you demanded. I explained I would not recommend that and gave you alternative solutions but you very rudely declined. If you would like to make different adjustments (free of charge) you can call us at anytime. Guys who installed were fine and did a good job, but the customer service was horrible. They rescheduled my appt without telling me, then when I called, they acted like it was no big deal that I had taken a day off work for nothing. They promised me the day they rescheduled for they would be at my house at 9am, but didn't show up until 2pm. When I called to complain, they apologized, but kept making excuses and offered NO discount or anything to make up for the inconvenience. Will not use again.

"I do apologize for any inconvenience in the scheduled date, we try our best to stay on schedule. during rainy season this can sometimes be difficult. We do work outside on ladders so every scheduled date is weather permitting. Again I apologize for any inconvenience and we do appreciate the compliments on a job well done!"

I want to give a 5 start review. I really do. However, I cannot because the original install did not go as desired. My gutters were not installed correctly and the water did not flow out of the spout as expected. However, and this is very important for any reader of this review to know, their customer service and follow up was PERFECT! When I called to let them know I needed help, I was immediately given a follow up visit. The gutter technician that came to fix the original install was meticulous, detailed oriented and spent quality time fixing what the original installers had done. on 5/21 Orlando experienced torrential rains and I can say that my gutters worked perfectly! Although the installers did not do the best install, it is important to note that OSG stands behind their work, has excellent customer service and did their part to ensure my gutters worked. Thank you OSG!

I would like to thank Randy, Jake and Arron the installers that came to my home and installed my seamless gutters. They did a fantastic job, All drop angles, corners and down spouts are flawless and blend in perfectly with the angles and contours of my home. I purchased the 6in. CJ & Fred were my installers. They called me to let me know that they were about 20 minutes away. Once they got to my house, they went right to work. Once the work was done, CJ took me around to show me the install and answer any questions. They cleaned up after themselves and it was just a matter of a couple hours and they were done. They did a beautiful job, they were extremely courteous and polite.

The estimator came out and kind of said yes to most of my questions and expectations for installing new gutters. When the worker in charge came out it was a bit of a different story. I had seen where an approximate 3 ft. piece of gutter section looked unsightly crooked and he told me it needed to be that way in order to attach to an adjacent diagonal piece which was about 8 ft long. Since I didn't like the way the crooked piece looked I asked him to take off the diagonal piece altogether and straighten out the horizontal 3ft section. What I got was a poor attitude and every excuse why it should not be done. I tried calling the office but did not get a return call after leaving a couple of messages. At the end the worker did as I asked and it looked much better and after reassessing my decision, later on, I became even more affirmed that the diagonal piece was not that important in the first place. It took them about an hour longer to complete the job but I was much happier with the result. There was no reason I could imagine why they had to leave any earlier but I'm guessing that they were getting paid by the job and not by the hour. Sometimes dealing with a big company that sends out crews is not as good as dealing with a small contractor owner that does the work himself and is more apt to satisfy.
