"This is incorrect. Out estimator called this customer within minutes of getting the lead and was at his house to do the estimate within the hour. The job was scheduled for our next available opening which was that same week. Unfortunately, due to weather, the job scheduled before this one was delayed and this job had to be rescheduled for the next day. The customer was made aware of the new time. The job was performed and completed as stated on the work order. The customer was present as the work was being done and expressed his satisfaction with all work done. He even expressed his pleasure with our work. It was more than confusing to read."

A had written quote for tree removal, and two stump removal along with clean-up and trimming of the branch in the backyard. They did not do the stump removal but wanted me to pay in full minus $300. They gave me a card for a stump removal person. And stated that he would do it for $300. Well, I know this person and had him out to my house and he wanted $700 for two stump removals. Well, I paid half and told them I would be more than happy to pay in full once the job was completed. Never came back.

Hired them to cut down and remove certain trees and trim back bushes and remove stump from tree in front of house. They did all the work except the stump removal which they said would be done at the end of the week. Never came back to remove stump. The clean up debris work was done using a Bobcat loader which scratched up driveway and left tread marks. Repeated calls about stump removal were never answered.

Hired to remove 2 trees that were VERY close to my house, with limbs that threatened my neighbor's house/roof as well. I was worried, but they took every precaution to get the trees down without damage to roof or any of the property. Best of all,they did an amazing job cleaning up all the debris and left my yard spotless. Reasonably priced and Venus was great to work with. Highly recommend!!
