Jeremy worked with our ideas for our stair railing and came up with an awesome finished product. We were happy with the cost which was comparable with prefabricated rails quoted by other companies. I'd recommend Ornamental Ideas for any metal work.

they were poor workmen ship ,left unsafe areas after taking stairs out.brought back took all day to install ,did not have right tools ,or supplies to do job right ,left rails to porch with spaces between both sides ,brackets were bent ,looks bad for professional company .left open spaces were support legs went in the ground ,left rocks in place where people walks . I would not hire this company ,they were miss leading on workmen ship ,no logos on trucks ,not dressed professional for their advertisement on their web site. stair support legs and brackets were spot welded not welded. (VERY BAD WORKMENSHIP AND CUSTOMER RELATIONS )

The owner of this company, Jeremy, is unreliable, rude, left with half of my deposit ($250.00). The spindles I purchased he cut inadequately and now I am forced to start my project all over again. I am out for the cost of the spindles and my deposit. A total of $750.00.

The results were excellent. The main problem with this project was communicating because they were so unreliable with the phone whenever I called. They missed two different appointments and I was not even expecting it when he did show up finally, but the work was still excellent.
