We received several good bids for the remodeling of two bathrooms, but Ortam delivered the best value by far. Design, materials and workmanship were excellent. Charlie and son Oran are a terrific team: Charles supplied passion, vision, and experience, while Oran brought a calm, confident high tech savvy to the job--his ipod pictures, emails, and website info all helped us visualize various possibilities. The crew was competent, cheerful, and reasonably neat. There were some snags along the way, but Charles worked through problems with us, fairly and honestly. He said from the start that we would love the results and we do.

We want to give Ortam Construction our highest recommendation. Charlie and his son Oran promised us an outstanding bathroom remodel (of two bathrooms) and we could not be more pleased. They had their crew working every day with no dead time. They were on top of all details and had very helpful suggestions. Their price was very reasonable. Although we did make some changes in scope they pretty much accommodated us at their cost, never trying to gouge us or nickel-and-dime us. The bottom line is the workmanship was outstanding, with the project finishing on time and on budget. They will be our first choice for any future construction work

Always helpful and making good suggestions

It started as a simple bathroom remodel. Ortam showed me some problems in my plumbing, and eventually it became a full house remodel. Bathroom, kitchen, floors, forced air, power box, windows, and paint, interior. It was an overall good experience. The house looks good, and everything works. The measure of the overall job will come over the next 10 to twenty years, as I see if everything continues and problems are held to a minimum. Overall 5 stars

Good communication with both father and son everything turned out beautiful had kitchen and bathroom gutted and remodeled looks fantastic just like new and modern would recommend to anyone ,finished project on time like I said everything turned out great.

The shower and floor tile work as well as the vanity and sink installation were excellent. There were other details, however. That could be improved on. The shower door cannot be opened fully due to interference of the "towel bar" against the shower tile. The "patchwork" that was done to cover the electrical removals in the walls is obvious and does not match. We had to extend the mirror to cover this deficiency.

My bathroom turned out beautiful. Shalom (Charles) helped me design it from beginning to end. It is the nicest room in the house. Oran (Charles son) is really nice and a great asset to his father.

Very professional from start to finish. They went above and beyond my expectations...I couldn't be happier with the results. I would definitely recommend Ortam to anyone looking for a remodeling contractor that is focused on quality and customer satisfaction.

Only three words come to my mind when it comes to Ortam Construction: "An extraordinary company"!!!!!! Charles and Oran are two wonderful individuals; not only did they deliver a beautiful remodeled master bathroom and entry way, they made my experience a pleasant journey instead of the usual high and lows of a remodel project. This team understood my ideas/vision, provided me sound advice when needed and help me stay within the budget that was allocated to my project. At times, I was not able to afford the upgrades on some items, but Charles helped me in achieving my wants without impacting the budget. I cannot say enough about Ortam!!!!
