Jaime and his helpers showed up 15 mins early, verified the work with me and proceeded to remove 5 large trees. Very impressed with the careful, methodical way they removed a 50' cedar hanging over my house. All debris was removed and hauled away. The yard was raked and concrete & stone areas were blown clean. Very satisfied.

Jamie and his team did a great job in trimming large trees next to my fence. The whole crew came on time, trimmed the tree as instructed, applied spray to the cuts and cleaned everything after trimming. I would hire them again if needed.

I had two very tall sycamore trees removed from my front yard by Ortiz Brothers Tree Service. Mr. Ortiz arrived at 8:00 am and got to work right away. His assistant arrived 90 minutes later. They did a splendid job of cutting, grinding roots and trunks, and cleaning up the yard. The price to do the work was extremely reasonable. I couldn’t be happier with the project. I highly recommend Ortiz Brothers Tree Service.

I hired Jamie for a tree removal service, which was performed as agreed upon. The trees were removed, the haul-away was completed and am very happy with the service. The price and service were great!

I hired this tree trimming service and was initially very pleased with the work they did, the team showed up on time, worked efficiently, and left my yard looking much cleaner than before. I especially appreciated their sincerity during the job, and even gave them an extra $20 as a token of gratitude. However, I was disappointed that not all the agreed-upon work was completed. I had clearly walked Jaime through all the areas that needed attention beforehand. When I followed up to have the remaining work finished,as had been promised, Jaime responded by treating it as a brand-new project and denied that anything was left undone. That response felt dismissive and not in line with the sincerity they initially showed. While I acknowledge the good work that was done, I’m sharing this experience so future customers are aware and can ensure expectations are crystal clear and documented upfront. I hope the team takes this feedback seriously and makes improvements in how they follow through.

Ortiz Brothers Tree Service was great. Jamie came by and looked at my 4 live oak trees and listened to what I wanted done and then recommended a few other branches that needed to come out. They returned on the date and time we agreed. He and his team did the job quickly, 3 hours. They cleaned all of their equipment before that started and they sealed all of the cuts, due to us having oak wilt in our neighborhood. They cut all of the limbs at the collars, like they should be, not the way the City of Austin's contractors do. They cut out all of the dead wood and thinned out the insides of the canopy. We had them cut a couple of larger low laying branches as well. They managed to get the limbs cut that went over our fence without having to go into our neighbors yards. They only had 2 branches that they could not get this way and removed them from my neighbors yards as well. They cleaned everything up and raked my yard to remove all of the little stuff. Great people to deal with.
