Brothers Tree Services

They were hired over 2 weeks ago to take down an oak tree in my yard. They came the first day as they said they would and worked about 4 hours. Did not return for a few days and then worked about 4 more hours and then wanted half of my agreed upon amount which I gave them after a promise to finish the next day. Maybe close to a week later they came back and finished cutting down the tree. However is is still in my yard along with all the brush and they were to remove both. It has now been 2 days since I last saw them and I am not sure they are going to come back. I have not paid them the last half of what I agreed to and am not going to until and unless they return and do what was agreed upon and get this tree off my property along with all the brush. Also they said they would not damage my yard but they have. I will fix that myself if I can just get the tree gone along with all the brush

Communication is horrible. Would promise to show up and then days later they would appear. Twice they burned brush (with permission) but left hot coals without telling us they were leaving. They started work on a neighbors property and then just left ours unfinished. The assitant manager would text asking if the workers were at our property because she couldnâ t get in touch with them. Once I inquired when they were coming back and she thought they were working at our property. The communication was very lacking and not professional.

They did the job very well, roof not leaking after heavy rain, they were polite and professional, i plan to hire them for other things in the future i need done. I would recommend them for whatever jobs you need done!!
