He contacted me after I looked on Home Advisor. Came out and gave me an estimate for install of new garage door opener wi-fi with battery backup. After I checked around I called Ortiz we set date and time. Showed up at scheduled time, performed the work. Asked if I had any questions about the new opener. Professional in every way

Ortiz did my in-laws door. We shopped 3-4 companies and They were competitive and very professional. Communication was great from first call to onsite estimate to install. My existing door was worse than I thought and actually failed the Friday they measured the job. Monday morning they were on time and completed the door and opener in the two hour window they projected.
