Ortiz Garage Doors & Openers, Inc.

Oscar was great! My garage door spring snapped today, Sunday and I contacted several businesses. Ortiz Garage Door and Openers were the first to reply. Oscar was most considerate of my problem and was here in about 2 hours. We were very thankful as both our cars were in the garage and we are Senior Citizens.

Same day service - Fast - Efficient - Fair Price

Very good service

Super fast and good service

Prompt and efficient. They used good quality materials. The price beat the next best estimate by $200. Very good value. Would recommend.

Responded promptly, worked efficiently, and completed the job quickly and with competence. Excellent service and a great price.

Got a new garage door from Ortiz....Gus talked me into upgrading to a better door and I'm glad I listened to him. Very good work, cleaned up then hauled away my old door. A nice combo of competitive pricing and good work.

I called We'd night and they were there Thurs early afternoon at my request. $99 per spring special. Done quickly and professionally.

Oscar responded quickly and professionally. He had the best price of the three contractors I got quotes from. The installation of the new insulated door and opener was done very professionally. He was very careful not to do any damage to my new epoxy floor. He left the job site spotless and the door works great. As a woodworker, I have very high standards of workmanship, and Oscar exceeded them. I highly recommend Ortiz Garage Doors & Openers!

Easy to work with

They are everything as advertised. The cheapest price with quick service.

Ortiz Garage doors offered the best overall value. For a three car garage, they were $500 less than some of the other quotes received using the same components. They arrived on time, and were very flexible in accommodating my schedule for a final inspection. The crew cleaned up everything after their work was completed. I was a little concerned initially due to the service I had been using expressing concerns of getting service from a company he had not heard of. I am relatively new to the area so I do not have a good network established yet. Home Advisor was very helpful in saving me several hundered dollars and receiving quotes in literally minutes from when I posted on the site. Overall it was a very good experience with the Home Advisor site, and with Ortiz Garage Doors.

R

I no more than hit submit request for quote when they called me. Very professional and worked within my schedule. Oscar said they'd be on site between 7 and 8 AM and at 7:05 they were there. One hour later I had a new opener installed with the 3 remotes I asked for AND a keypad to boot. Very happy with the service and installers and would recommend to everyone! Thank you Oscar.

Oscar called within minutes and my new doors were installed within days. Very professional.

Did great work. Installation completed within 2 hours of contact. Cleaned up after work was done. Excellent customer service, too.

Same day service. Pleased with the job he did.

Same day service

Very efficient and did great work.

Quick response time. Good work

Over all good experience. Quick response time.

The crew arrived at 8:00 AM. They removed and installed two 9x8 doors, they were finished and cleaned up before 10:30. The job was perfect. I am more than satisfied.

Oscar called within 5 minutes after I placed a request for quote to replace my 16 X 7 garage door. He arrived that same day and after discussing options, gave me a quote at 30% below another competitor. His crew arrived the next day and installed it within a few hours, new hardware and all. Could not be more pleased.

Came out on a Sunday and fixed parts and spring. All I can say is outstanding.

Wonderful job at a fair price!
