Ortiz Garage Doors & Openers, Inc.

Tech was able to identify the problem very quickly. Because of the age of the unit, decided to replace it rather than do a repair. Tech was able to replace the unit in the same visit. Very professional and very courteous. Did a great job -- even the cleanup. Would definitely recommend.

Finally! A garage door service that doesn't hide behind shady listings and false locales. Very personable and professional.

Did a nice job replacing my 2-car garage door on a rental property. Fast response time, able to text and chat together to work out the details and logistics. Did a really nice job overall. Would recommend highly.

Fast and courteous. Very professional.

He was courteous and helpful and fixed the problem promptly.

They did a great job. Thought I only had a small issue issue with the garage door. Turns out there were many issues that made sense once he explained why our door wasn't working correctly. Happily recommend them to anyone

Very prompt , professional, knows his stuff, looked at my other door and recommended options for improvements/repairs.

Super fast response, excellent repair service and price! Highly recommend!

Good price, excellent service. I'd use them again.

Good Job and affordable.

Good price for prompt, excellent service. Highly recommend.

I have very good experience with Ortiz. The man arrives on time, but before he starts, we find out that wires between garage and house were cut. The man didn't give up, he use extension cord and the job, so I do not have to pay for the service and make second appointment for installation after electrician fix outage. Highly recommend Ortiz!

Upon first call response to the finish of the job, Ortiz Garage Doors provided my family with a quality and value experience. They installed a new garage door for me that I provided. Any time I'm required to call for any service, it's an anxiety filled risk, not knowing who I get to help. Many service professionals, unfortunately, in my experience, don't have the work ethic and moral values system to offer and deliver an honest work for fair pay, not in my experience any way. Ortiz is that rare service provider in my impression that I felt like actually cared about their work and earned their pay -- I was happy to pay them. I appreciate your honest work. Thanks for taking care of my garage and being honest. As simple as this may seem, its unfortunately not common.

Great fast service.

They called me on Easter Sunday. Gave me a verbal price and the garage door was repaired the next morning. They did a very good job. Thank you Ortiz.

Ortiz did a great job repairing my garage door. He explained everything and corrected the problem. He showed me how previous repairs were done incorrectly, and fixed them. I would highly recommend Ortiz for your Garage door service.

They did a great job.

They we're able to fix my garage door the same day I placed a call. They performed outstanding work in a quick and professional matter.

Responded immediately to my inquiry. Repair person arrived promptly in the morning. He explained the options I had I.e. Repair vs replacement of door opener and performed the work in a timely manner. I am satisfied with their work.

Very professional and knowledgeable.

Mr. Ortiz responded immediately to my inquiry. He arrived promptly at the time and date agreed. He was very thorough and professional when completing the garage door opener installation and carefully answered all of our questions. Very nice job. Completely satisfied.

Ortiz came to my home one day and installed the next day a double size and single size garage within 4 hours. Very pleased with the professional installation that was done.

prompt service

Service was very quick and price was very good

Fast response to my call. Very polite brother(?) who did the work. Needed cables replaced when 1 broke plus 2 new wheels and 2 new plates at the bottom of door that cables attach to. Never needed such repairs before so have no idea if 175.00 was fair. Had an odd squealing noise and jerking of door when operated, but cables may have just needed to balance themselves out(?) currently no noise at this time. All and all a positive experience.
