Fast and professional. I was impressed with the service. My questions were addressed with detailed explanations.

I contacted Ortiz Garage Doors on a Monday morning. Within a half hour of my call their service person was on site. He was very professional and gave me an affordable and fair quote. He was able to do the job immediately. The install and clean up was top notch. He explained all features I had installed and was very informative. They are a 10 star operation. Extremely satisfied and happy to recommend without hesitation.

They were fast and very friendly

This company did an excellent job for us. Even though they had to come out a second time (as they had to order repair parts), both days the tech was nice, polite, and most importantly, time and efficient. He answered all of our questions, and gave service recommendations with no pressure. When it comes time to replace our doors, we will definitely be calling them!

They were awesome in every aspect of selecting, purchasing and installing a new garage door and removing the old one. From the first phone call to selection and installation was done in two days . The salesman rep all the way through the installers were very knowledgeable and extremely courteous. Their products were of quality and priced fairly. The salesman took the time to efficiently guide us in selecting the right door explaining everything very clearly. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Prompt and detailed response to quote request. Professional work. Customer friendly. Reasonable and good price. Thanks.

Serviceman was knew his stuff. Pointed out more than my initial problem. Repaired everything and at an affordable price. He was experienced, well mannered & an all around nice guy. His boss should be proud to have him on his staff. Also... Everything I needed was on the truck. Not necessary to make trip for the extras I needed.

Excellent all around. Mr. Ortiz came right away. He did the work swiftly and for a very fair price. I would recommend him to anyone. And a nice guy too.

The Service Tech came prepared with parts, knowledge and experience. The quote process took just a few short minutes to complete and the parts installation no more than 30 minutes. The service was professional, fast, accurate and informative. I will use Ortiz again should I need garage door support.
