Ortiz Garage Doors & Openers, Inc.

Immediate response, excellet job was done (Alex was repair pro).fair price and I recommend Ortiz Garage Doors highly.

I cannot say enough good things about the job that they did. The new garage doors look fantastic. They were courteous, prompt, efficient and cleaned up the garage floor when they were done removing all the old stuff. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I was filling out my request for service and they called me back before I even finished my request. they explained everything very clearly and finished very quickly and on a Sunday.

I will recommend these guys to everyone I know. They were very friendly, quick and knowledgeable. VERY pleased.

Very efficient and friendly. Knew what they were doing. Made recommendations to improve the longevity of the springs they replaced.

Service guy came out on a Saturday at no extra charge. I feel he did a quality inspection and explained everything that needed to be adjusted , and why it was necessary. Also explained what I needed to do as far as regular maintenance to keep my garage door operating properly and safely.

This company really ROCKS!! I am a single woman who knows nothing about repairs, let alone garage repairs. The service fee of 65$ was well below the average and the service was well ABOVE average. The technician even helped me fix my daughters broken bike brake while we were stuck in the garage. Service like this is so unheard of today. My appointment was even on time!!! I go to the HOA meeting on Monday to recommend them for our condo community. Just put the phone down and call them. These are your guys!!!!

Very pleased with the work.

They were great a positive experience overall.

Prompt and professional same day service. Would use this service again myself. Highly recommend this company.

I found Ortiz on Home Advisor and called them about 12:45 this afternoon. They sent someone out and saw our springs had been broken. They had the part and repaired right on the spot. They were very professional and my garage door was fixed within two hours of calling. I am not sure that is always the case, but they happened to be in the area and were able to help. Highly recommend.

Alex did a great job. Response time was fast and they were able to schedule me in very quickly. Have no problem recommending them.

Fast and courteous service. The repairman went above an beyond our basic repair needs.

Came out quickly to make the repair. Jaime was very professional and completed the fix properly and rapidly. Very good job!

Very knowledgeable and professional. They showed up when they said they would. I would recommend them to anyone.

Very efficient

Nice guy. Highly recommend.

I am very happy with my new garage door! I would definitely recommend this company to my friends & family! Thank you Jaime the installer....job well done! :-)

They came out right away for a free estimate. They gave me a couple of options. Explained everything very well and returned the next day to do the work. I wasn't dying to spend money, but I felt the price was fair, they were very polite and on time each time. I will definitely call them if needed in the future.

Grea, timely work

It took three days to get here I would have wished it was a little sooner however it wasn't a emergency

Quick and professional . Very happy with my garage door repair for a very fair price ,

I hired them to install a garage door opener that I had bought. I had them scheduled for Sunday but they rescheduled due to a family issue for them. The next appointment was for Monday and Grardo arrived earlier and started right away. I also changed the rollers and he did a great job of not only doing the job but also cleaning up. I am very glad to have called them and would recommend them to everyone

Great experience!! I would highly recommend. They were quick to respond and arrived within 15 minutes of when they said they would. They clearly explained the problem and what needed to be done to fix. I thought they were easy to work with and their pricing was fair.
