Ortiz was great! He came on a holiday without charging extra. He was prompt and polite. The price was exactly what he quoted over the phone. I would recommend him to anybody in need of garage repair.

The two gentlemen who came to service my garage door were courteous and knowledgeable. They showed up earlier than I had arranged, but under the circumstances, that worked out in my favor. They had the parts that they needed to repair the door and they completed the job efficiently, neatly, and completely. They were very interested in making sure that I was satisfied with the job. Finally, I thought the price was very fair. I would recommend this company to anyone who I cared about.

Called within minutes of request of repair. Was out within days for a quote/repair, at the scheduled time. Installed an entirely new opener in under an hour. The installation is neat and clean, with attention to detail (the wires are secured every 6 to 8 inches).

The plastic rollers and low gauge steel don't speak well to the issue of a long lasting, high quality garage door, but these guys replaced the springs and the tracks, and the new door has additional steel braces and full insulation at the bottom. They installed the door quickly and efficiently. If I need a new door sooner, these will be the guys I will go to. I will simply buy a heftier model.

I replaced two garage door openers. The quality of the work is pretty good. The job is done quickly. The price is good too. It was father's day, so Ortiz was a little in a hurry. But overall, I would recommend this contractor.
