They called me within 15 minutes of submitting an online inquiry, arrived just a few hours after my call, provided a fair estimate over the phone, and then replaced both springs and repaired the garage door motor in less than an hour. Very honest and friendly. Outstanding service.

They responded quickly. They were honest about what needed fixing versus replacing. They didn't push anything extra on us. They were in and out of the house in a couple of hours! Love our new opener. Didn't realize how BAD the old one was!

Ortiz was prompt, efficient and professional. I needed two panels replaced at the bottom of my garage door. He called and walked me through my options. He came by to evaluate the job. Then followed up to make sure I understood. He showed up the next day with two workers. They took care of everything in less than 20 minutes.
