Alfredo was very quick to get us an estimate and a new water heater installed. He even installed a water circulating pump for us! We highly recommend him.

Alfredo and his team were all very professional and knocked out the project fast. Alfredo takes pride in his work and if he is not happy with something he will go back and do it all over again. UPDATE I recommend holding off the final payment until everything is completed and done. It is very difficult to get the minor touches done and they become flaky. My guess, it is because of the volume of work they get and not enough staffing. Two months and still waiting. I finally just spent the extra money and finished the touch-up stuff myself. Honest work and solid, but after the major stuff is done and get paid they move on and have a hard time catching up to come back and finish. Very friendly, just too busy to keep up and follow up. Several requests have been made over the last couple of months by phone and email.

The repairs were done well and very quickly. They were very personable and accommodating of my time. He came to the house within an hour of me calling him. My only reason for giving a rating of four was because the finishing caulking was a little sloppy. The plumbing work was spot on!

Alfredo did an amazing job. Pricing was great. We ended up having to redo the entire bathroom due to some major water damage. He helped to work with the insurance company and really went the extra mile to make sure things were done right. I personally look for an individual that is good but not expensive. I was getting quotes for double the amount Alfredo was charging. He showed me the parts cost and informed me I was paying too much. His honesty was refreshing and his skills didn’t disappoint.
