O's Home Inspection is led by the knowledge and expertise of Otis Ellerbee. I, Otis, a home inspector based in Boston Massachusetts, founded my independent firm to both provide a higher level of service and individual attention to potential buyers. For almost a decade I have been inspecting homes for first time home buyers, seasoned investors, and commercial portfolios. I have more than 20 years of experience in the residential and commercial construction industries. My hands on experience and extensive knowledge of the fundamentals of construction provide for a comprehensive inspection. Commercial General Inspection Service
The inspection was for a commercial condo in Chelsea the inspector was done in less than an hour and charged the buyers $1,200 .I did not see him do anything except walk from room to room..still have not received report.in my opinion he should not be allowed to inspect.when I questioned the charge he replied with a "it's commercial" a rip off in my opinion

Otis is a real nice person to work with. He went over every single detail about the condition of the property. He identified some of the thing that I would have never though of. His rates were very competetive. Also, When my agent and I met Otis at the property, we found out that the Sellers Agent had not left the keys to the property in the lock box. We had to reschedule the inspection for the next day, however Otis was a very professional, he understood the situation and did not charge us any extra for making a second trip the next day. I would highly recommend him for home inspections for professionalism, quality of work and price.

Very thorough, Explain to me in detail for everything that needs to be done or looked at. My real estate agent said the she has never seen a more thorough inspector.
