Oscar came to give an estimate for the work. We had added a couple small projects to the list, and the combined estimate was very reasonable. Oscar returned the next day with his crew and they completed the work professionally and efficiently. Oscar even showed us how to make a small adjustment to one of our doors to eliminate one of the issues we wanted to address. We are so pleased with his work, the windows and other projects were perfectly done. I would not hesitate to hire Oscar again, and highly recommend him. A+++++

I had four grab bars installed in my master bath. Oscar was timely - I was not - he had to come back... The work was completed efficiently, and I am most pleased.

Very responsive, polite and professional.

Oscar did exactly what I expected him to do. Was reasonable on cost. Very good to do business with. Am having him do some other things for me.

Fast w/ quality work. Will be going back with this company for more work in the new year.

Oscar and his team showed up at the time agreed upon. They were efficient and focused throughout the project. They were extremely considerate of my home, covering services with plastic and making sure no debris was left behind. Their work was excellent. Previously, I had another handyman at our house who charged more, but did lousy work. Oscar and his crew were superb - it was money well spent. We were totally pleased and I asked him to help out on another project, which they did. They were equally terrific. I cannot recommend them enough! You will not go wrong asking Oscar to help you with any homeowner project!

I hired Oscar to paint the exterior trim around the front door. He did a good job. A few hours into the job, I could tell that he was hurrying through it. I had to point out a couple of things that had to be corrected. I cannot rate him at 5 stars because of them. Based on his work, I have hired him to do some fence work on the property. Scheduling and communications were very easy. Written estimate prior to starting the work was useful.

Oscar and team executed wood fence repair and stain, concrete repair, mortar repair of brick on home, power wash house, reinstalled shutter, and recalled and sealed on the exterior of the home. The price was appropriate and the level of workmanship and attention to detail was fabulous. And, although I thought I needed some additional work. Oscar was candid and said no. That is was fine ensuring I did not pay for unneeded work. He was the epitome of professionalism. Great job! After significant thought these repairs were very expensive. Quoted repair then paid for quoted and materials.

I initially hired Oscar to repair some exterior trim and power wash the house; his work and value was so good I quickly hired him for additional tasks including masonry repair; some interior and exterior painting, and drywall repair. Highly recommend!

Initial estimate was too high, but I was able to negotiate to an acceptable price.

Oscar finds the time to repair even small jobs when others are not interested in small jobs.

They arrived on time and cleaned my gutters by hand as requested.

Gave estimate promptly and completed the job quickly.

Hung a picture on the second floor of a two story foyer. Oscar measured, invented a way to reach the space within very small confines and didn't make a mark on either the walls or balustrades. On time. Neat. Well priced. I would recommend him to anybody wanting a job done right the first time.

need follow up and get procedure down correctly before work starts

I love Oscar. He knows about everything. He is very creative and with reasonable price. He loves what he does; he loves helping people and loves working on houses. I met him at HomeDepot and he offered to help, and I have been using their service for years now. He is knowledgeable on the codes, and sticks to it, and does it right. I love the way he treats his workers, and I would recommend this company to others.

Oscar Handyman and his crew are reliable. They show up on time - are flexible, can accomplish any task asked of them, and are a pleasure to work with. I would recommend them to anyone.

Oscar Handyman did a great job. Reasonably price and efficient.

Did a fantastic job. I highly recommend!

Oscar is a "gem". His repair was perfection!

Oscar was timely, professional and fair. I asked if he would help on other projects and we plan to schedule in the near future. Sgwood

Oscar was very professional and efficient. He did an excellent job of making and installing three window screens. I highly recommend him.
