I called Oscar for checking the ac unit bot cooling and when he sent me the invoice I noticed he charged me $250 for 2 diagnostic visits and a separate diagnostic of $69 for water heater which was not on the job order. He later called me and said he replaced a ac compressor not which cost $425 and normally this costs around $25 or less on Amazon. I don't recommend Oscar as he ripped me off and when I asked him why he charged me so much for the parts he said he was in the business of making money. This is no way to make money by ripping off the customer. Not calling him ever again.

The problem was clearly identified and efficiently addressed

Oscar is professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy and honest. After several breakdowns on my 15-year-old system, Oscar explained in detail what I could do to keep my old system running or replace it. I chose to replace it. I got two other estimates and Oscar beat them both. The install was quick, clean and efficient. He even replaced the thermostat on my humidifier at no extra charge. He is a true professional and will be my HVAC maintainer forever. Thanks, Oscar!

I am truly happy with this company and he is very efficient in his processes he gave me a 2 hour window and he arrived at 1:37 pm and was done by 3:20 pm. He has a very intuitive way of doing business that many others should do to help themselves. He had excellent followup and attached the same work order number to refer her to. He was extremely honest and forthright and managed to save us a lot of money because of this honesty.

Our ac went out and put out request with home advisor and instantly heard back from Oscar’s and they came out same day! So they were super quick! Did job fast and ac working great. Only complaint is that usually when I have someone charge to diagnose problem they 1) let me know of diagnosis charge up front before coming 2) waive the fee if I complete job with them. Neither of these were done. Also, the actual price after work was done ended up being $100 more than the quoted price after diagnosis. So I was disappointed with the pricing. Overall good work though
