Very affordable and good contact/customer service.

As with all the other reviews Oscar will be polite responsive and do a good job for the first couple jobs of doing your lawn he will ask for cash he will ask to be paid in advance and then he'll stop coming then he'll stop doing a good job then he'll disappear and will never return your calls or texts. Beware!

Horrendous! Didn't complete work after receiving full payment; supposed to return to check lawn health after applying fertilizer and to plant fruit trees and perennials but never came back. When I called them to follow up, Oscar Jr stated they're moving south (to California) and not continuing his landscaping business. I asked for a partial refund but didn't seem interested to return money. Big mistake on my part for trusting them! Will not recommend them at all!

I recommend avoiding this company. Poor communications. Showing up late to the work site. Took full payment up front, then only completed part of the job. They mowed the lawn to about half the desired height, spread moss killed, then said they would com back in a week to complete the mowing and thatch. They never returned. When called, they claimed to know nothing about returning. Al of this after I spoke with the crew and explained that this could turn into a twice monthly mowing job. I even had a couple of coworkers who were waiting for find out how this company did before contacting them themselves. Needless to say, I was unable to recommend them to anyone.

The price was good but the work was in a very shoddy manor. It has been and week and look like the lawn has not been moved in weeks.

Oscar and his family seem kind, honest, and sincere...But after paying in FULL with the job STILL not complete, I feel so betrayed and have learned a huge lesson...DON'T PAY UNTIL THE JOB IS COMPLETED!. The job was to have some very nasty weeds DUG UP and apply weed killer to 2 planters *Oscar was to arrive on 5/2 at 4 pm. I rushed home from work and waited for THREE hours. He finally arrives with his wife and they begin to PULL up the TOP of the weeds...The weather was horrible and I felt so badly that I told them to both go home and come back when the weather wasn't so bad. *Oscar Sr. and his wife returned the next afternoon and PULLED up the TOP of the weeds. I mentioned time and time again that I wanted the roots to be dug up so that the weeds wouldn't return. I was assured by Oscar Sr. that they will take care of the weeds and they won't return. Oscar left dirt everywhere and assured me he'd return with the blower, would rake up the planters and rid them of all the weeds...THIS HAS NEVER BEEN COMPLETED AND NO ONE EVER HAS RETURNED...even after I have made several attempts to contact their business. *The weeds have all returned-no apparently weed killer was put on the planters *We made an appointment on 5/5 to take care of our front yard...mowing, edging, weeding, etc. THEY NEVER SHOWED UP...Fortunately, we did NOT pay them upfront-whew! I would have loved to write a 5 star review for this family, but they were NOT honest in regards to their profession.

I hired Oscar to remodel, clean up and re-seed my yard. He was very easy to communicate with initially and promised he'd do a great job. Not only he did not do everything he had promised but his work looked very unprofessional - not even worth 50% of what I paid him. Don't expect professional quality work and if you've hired him already be sure to check his work before you pay him. He made up several excuses such as my edger was broken so we set up another time for him to return and fix all the things he didn't do but he didn't show up. Several attempts later and every time he'd no show and say he was too busy with other work. I'm very dissapointed.

They did a good job however they don't know much about plants. We had a spring cleanup done and they overpruned plants that were starting to flower. We had two fothagillas blooming that they cut down to the ground.

This yard company butchered my bushes. They brought five people who looked really busy but did not weed my beds nor do all the lawn care I asked for despite their looking very busy. They also did not return to mow my lawn on the day they promised, it was a beautiful day so they didn't come because of bad weather. I was disappointed with their clean up of my yard.

My son spoke with Oscar by phone. He explained my service provider was MIA and the yard had long grass. My son asked Oscar about trimming bushes. Oscar stated he also did this. Oscar was Asked to set up time to come by and give him and estimate. Oscar stated he had drove by and gave him and estimate over the phone. He would be at my home on Friday. He showed up two hours early, which was great. We talked about price for the day and what he would do. We also went over trimming the bushes which would be done over the next weeks. I know all couldn't be completed in one day. In less than an hour, Oscar came and stated they were done for now. He stated he would return on Monday and complete the clean up. I payed him and he left. Once I could I went outside and was horrified. The front yard was not cut completely and the part that had been cut, the grass was just laying there. Nothing was trimed. It looked as if a big roller had been ran across the yard and it was a mess. I called Oscar 4 times. The first time he stated he would be back on Monday at 0800 and do clean up and complete the job. I called at 0900 on Monday because they were a no show. Oscar stated someone would be out at 1200. No one showed. My son has since called and received promises but again no Shows. I have pictures of what my lawn looks like and it is not cute! I have someone else coming out and this time I will pay attention to what is being done. I do not recommend Oscar and Son's.

they said their price included mowing, edging, weeding, trimming, fertilization and weed prevention. Their first visit included none of these things. They didn't even use a mower. They used a weed eater on the lawn. It looked like a 4 year old had mowed the lawn. I gave them the benefit of doubt considering it had been raining for so long. the 2nd time they came out, they were supposed to be here @ 11 am. By 3 pm I mowed the lawn myself figuring they were a "no show". received a call @ 4 pm saying that they would be here @ 5 pm. Finally showed up @ 7 pm. had them trim some shrubs which they did very poorly. No more chances. time to find someone else!

They were friendly, and completed all tasks that I had asked them to do. The price was fair. The work was pushed forward due to the location that Oscar and his family was working before prior to me. He was late but started and finished all work for me. He was fair in his pricing, professional and did ok.

Oscar and his team were extremely polite,professional, knowledgeable and did outstanding work for a fair price. Although the scheduled time was pushed back quite a bit Oscar kept in contact with me all day and gave me updates when I asked for them. Overall we are very satisfied and happy with the work that was done. Oscar assured me they would get the job done the next day and even worked through pouring rain to complete the work. I would 100% recommend this crew to anyone in need of a spring or fall cleanup or any landscaping need for that matter. I will be contacting Oscar again directly for any future projects.

Thy came even though it was a long day for them and they had another job to go to after mine. They were polite and incredibly efficient.

Worst professional(?) job I've ever hired out. Oscar is very nice and was able to do this job at very short notice, I appreciated that. He did, however, fleece me for money, did not actually perform the work. The job was terrible. I hired him for a routine lawn mowing (first of the year, pretty thick grass). I arrived home from work, to see the grass still over 4-5 inches high, and could not even tell it had been mowed. The kicker? A glance into the yard waste bin revealed NO GRASS. I don't know what they did, but they didn't actually mow the lawn. Fleeced me for $75.00.

They were very courteous and very contentious of new plants.
