Very talented with a solid vision for the repair I needed. Very personable and responsive to my calls and texts. A bit 'low budget' in that he used recycled hardware and borrowed a tool from me. I am satisfied with the work he did.

We had Oscar in to handle multiple projects, i.e., minor sheetrock repair, build a small door into a storage area, paint cabinet doors with primer and drill for installation of knobs, minor laminated wood flooring repair and painting exterior doors. All projects were completed expertly and with minimal problems. Wonderful job, Oscar!

Oscar came out the same day that I requested a quote. He was very knowledgable. He finished not only my cabinets, but also redid and painted my mailbox that was a custom design. We were very happy with his work. I was even able to leave my dog out while he was here. She is the total watchdog, and slept on the floor next to him while he worked. I would recommend him 100%.

Oscar was easy to work with and told us exactly what it would take to fix my fence. I hired him because I also needed other repairs and he did those also - doors realigned. Excellent work ethic, job well done and he cleaned up after hisself. Would recommend.

Oscar is a very professional, hard worker, and detailed (highest standards) contractor. Our project was completed in record time and the quality of the work was exceptioneal. He delivered on what he promised providing also very competitive prices. He was very concious with the materials used for the project only using what he needed with minimum waste, less than 5% for the entire project. We were able to return some of the unused boxes.

Mr. Rodriguez was reliable, diligent, innovative, and affordable! Oscar remained hard at work until the task was completed. He provided his outside of the box thinking, paired with his experience to reinforce our Backyard Play Set in a cross member where faulty manufacturer engineering provided little to know structural support. I highly recommend Mr. Rodriguez for these type tasks, and I will utilize him again in the future! Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!!!

Oscar was prompt to answer the request. He assessed the damage to our parquet floors and came up with a solution. He did an extremely meticulous job taking apart all the little wood squares of a 2x2 ft area, sanding them and putting the thing back together like a puzzle. You can hardly tell that there was some job done to the floors. He was always on time, clean and extremely respectful. And the cherry on top of the ice cream: he tuned our piano as well! I will recommend Oscar for any job that requires patience and precision.

Oscar was a pleasure to work with. He started and finished the job on the schedule we agreed. Despite some bad weather, all work was done on-time and with better results than expected. High quality and utmost professionalism. Oscar proved to be the best choice for sure. Our agent took photos of the house the day after he was done and we had the house on the market that afternoon. We had the house sold in three days. I highly recommend Oscar and have plans to enlist his expertise again soon.

Fast, efficient and knowledgable

Oscar's Renovations did a fine job for me with repairing my shutters. I had been searching for someone to repair and repaint damaged plantation shutters for a long time. I am very happy with the results. As a result of his fine work, I have asked Oscar's Renovation to repaint my entry way.

He is a very nice man and he did the work pretty quickly. He did do what we asked.

He was wonderful and I appreciated everything he did for me. He was on time and professional.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Oscar who was unable to deliver on his commitments. I hired him because he agreed to do some very fiddley, time consuming wood repairs and leave my home "super clean" at the end of every day. In fact, he did not do the repairs despite repeated prompting and, when pressed, said it would take too much time. He also left pain on the wood floors and paint dust and chips throughout the house. As a single operator, cash flow was a problem for Oscar. It was disconcerting to be told that he "needed the money really fast to pay his bills."

Oscar was great to work with and is work was top notch .
