Awesome customer service. Customer satisfaction is something the owner values. Going into my 3rd month using Osiris. From "sparkle touch ups" light cleaning to deep sanitation post construction, they can handle the job. Their prices are phenomenal. So glad I found them:)

I?m moving into a full remodel. No furniture in the house. I requested a full post-construction cleaning. They actually left moldy lemons from the tea I poured down my sink during my visit from the previous week. That?s just blatant laziness

Nice people but missed so much. I did do a walk through but it was later in the day and it felt rushed. I came back the next day and had to spend 2 hrs cleaning things they didnt . The entire backstairs, oven, sink, closet were not cleaned. They were over estimated budget and just didnt do a professional cleaning.

"This customer did a final inspection and two spots needed to be touched up. After touch ups were done I had him do two more walk through before collecting payment, sounds like this was more of a case of sticker shock than bad service."

We had very bad experience with them. They estimated for three hours to complete work.. By the time is 30 mini before he estimated, the work was finished only less then half with a poor job. one room still with full dust, the other room he didn't even walk in , but he said he already finished. I told him, he need to speed up, and I can only pay him for 3 hours like we both agreed at the beginning. Then he decided took 100 dollars and left whole house mass. I and my husband have to clean the whole house include the one he said he already did. It wasted our money for this job ! I hope we can get a better referal in the future. Thanks

"Due to the language barrier the customer may not have fully understood our billing practices. We weren?t even complete with the work when the customer started trying to do a walk through and then became confrontational. We chose to end service and bill for hours used and leave to avoid further escalation."

"This was an emergency and pricing was not increased due to the emergency. Our prices range from $25-$35 per man hour which has been found to be less than most of our competition. We love picky customers, however the walk through should be done to ensure customer satisfaction."

Nice enough people, on time, came on a holiday weekend when many others wouldn't. The cleaning job of things cleaned was fine, but missed many spots that we found later that should have been included with what I purchased. It's very hard to find every spot on a walk through - so my bad for not checking every spot that should have been. I would suggest others check the work very thoroughly afterwards. Price also changed after they had given me a quote. I understand they work hourly - but most cleaning companies give a quote and keep to it.

"Customer was given quote with range based upon normal circumstances, upon arrival it was way dirtier than anticipated. We spent several hours there, towards the end we were rushed by the customer so they could go to dinner. Walk through are important because we?re not perfect and know we miss spots."

They claimed they knew how to clean wood floors and ruined my brand new Hickory wood floors! Made excuses about the damage, offered their insurance for us to file a claim and then we found out they had canceled it! Do not use them!

"I did not cancel insurance, my agent failed to inform me I missed a payment, it was an honest oversight. The client failed to inform us that this floor required special care, which is always a customer liability. I?m in the process of resolving this issue and this review is premature."

This is THE WORST experience I've ever had with a cleaning service. I was told over the phone that they "clean everything but the walls." This was supposed to be a deep cleaning, however many BASIC things were NOT included. For example: Wipe down a dresser mirror? No. Move light furniture (end table, toys etc) to clean underneath? No. Clean inside of window? No. Empty a bathroom trash can? No. When I asked why these things were not included, I was told "this is not a maid service." And yet that is exactly what they advertise as!! Two individuals were here for 3 hours and no vaccumming or mopping was done. You know what was included though? Two cigarette breaks (10-15 mins each). Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional!! After three WASTED hours, I was so fed up with the total lack of professionalism and cleanliness of this service that I asked them to leave before the "job" was done. I ended up cleaning everything myself, including areas they had allegedly cleaned. Perhaps they do a better when job owners are not home...truly awful.

The client was informed that we do not move furniture due to risk of injury, scrub walls, make beds, do dishes, or do laundry. It is customary in the house cleaning industry that you?re not going to wipe off perfume bottles, shampoo bottles, or anything of the like. Due to labor laws, everyone is entitled to a break, if this is an issue for you, I would not hire us as a company. Our satisfaction guarantee, for those who take it, is your guaranteed satisfaction with our job upon a final walk-through."

There were 2 people, they worked together, yet separately .One did the Kitchen including all of the cabinets and the other person cleaned 2 Bathrooms, including 2 showers and 1 tub.
